---Default RIG modules---
Health Bar: A bar on Isaac's back lets him know his HP in-game.
Stasis Module: Stasis slows down objects or living entities to a crawl. Target size doesn't seem relevant for objects, but the bigger the living entity, the less effect stasis has.
TK Module: Isaac can attract and launch inanimate objects. (There's a size limitation, but trust me, if I TK something, it means I can.)
Holographic Objective Tracker: An holographic line comes out of Isaac's armor and leads him to his objective. (Note that this works even when Isaac has no knowledge of where he is.)
---Weapons---
All of Isaac's weapons are actually mining equipments. Which means they pack a punch.
Plasma Cutter: Shoots projectiles horizontally or vertically.
Line Beam: Shoots a long horizontal beam which can cut a creature in half. Secondary mode shoots mines.
Flamethrower: Self-explanatory. Secondary mode shoots grenades.
Contact Beam: A powerful weapon that needs to be charged before being shot. When the Contact Beam hits an enemy, it causes damage to all of it's limbs. (In Dead Space, Contact Beam seems to kill anything that isn't a boss in one hit). Secondary mode is a shockwave around Isaac, which repels enemies.

Mysterious Panel: I don't know, Punk said I had that.
Default Beam: Non-Elemental energy beam.
Default Missiles: Homing Missiles.
