Lets start off with something simple. John Cena gives Kirby food.
Bowser lets off a mighty Gwahahaha. Dam right you should panic. Bowser will look around the city for anything interesting.

Bowser wanders around town. It takes a while, so I'll do it once the date progresses more.
Cena offers puffball some food. The poofball sucks it up, growing to twice its normal height. Then it swallows and returns to normal.
It continues the blank stare.

The pink thing flattens and unflattens itself repeatedly in time with him.

Cena offers him more food. The puffball sucks so hard that it gobbles up Cena. It swallows, and Cena goes flying back out. The puffball now has a smaller copy of Cena's hat.
Fanfare begins playing.

Meanwhile, Bowser goes wandering through the city. He finds Mario and some guys playing with RC cars - until they run away. Then he finds Mario jumping rope with some kids - until they run away. Mario sitting on a bench with some guy - until he runs away. And Mario dancing with some musicians - until they run away.
All through the hunt, Mario keeps doing random crap for no discernable reason. Random ground pounds, kicking giant seeds...
Eventually Mario gets bored or something and runs off south, towards that fair.

Bowser grumbles and decides to try some of the random stuff Mario does like jump rope and RC car and kicking giant seeds.
John Cena will pretend not to see him. Including do the hand waving motion.

Cena puts on an act of not being able to see puffball. The puffball grabs him and pulls off an over-the-top wrestling movie.
Puffball's love meter was maxed out!
You win the battle and puffball retreats.
Bowswer does random crap. A random star comes flying out of nowhere and smashes him in the side of the head hard enough to leave him dizzy.
A tall, blonde woman in a green dress comes walking out of the shadows. "Hmph King Bowser I might have known it was you terrorizing people and causing all this trouble," she says. "Well now you're fighting me."

Ah man I was hoping to get it to join. John Cena see if you can track him down and see if he wants to Poyo with us.
Chocobo X will then look for Bowser.

"Terrorize well it's what I do best,". "But why can Mario do ramdom crap and it's fine,". "Maybe I wanted to jump rope and race RC cars and dance with musicians,". "But you know what this is Koopa abuse," Bowser says.
"What ever happen to the dream Dr. Ludwig von Koopa Sr. had?". "A day where Koopas and people could live in peace,". "A day where a Koopa can jump rope and throw hats at random people," Bowser tells the lady.
"You know what I can't stand is random people throwing stars at other,". "I shall fight you for Koopa equality," Bowser says while pointing his arms in the air.
Bowser will pull out a ball of Goombas and get ready to do the Goomba barrage move.
