Aaron

Aaron goes ahead with his plan though it's hard to hear over the turbulence, Gabumon is able to hear since you're close enough to each other and does as told. He rushes forward. Flymon takes the bait and fires at you with a shout of "Deadly Sting!" The object flies at you with astounding speed and though you dodge the best you can, the impact knocks you off balance and you find yourself teetering on the edge of the roof, hanging on with dear life.  

Aiden, Charlie, and Nate

Salamin winces but shakes her head. "I'm fine... thanks." She gets up and unleashes a soundwave at some Demidevimon attempting to fly in, knocking them back. This time she hops back off the seat quickly to avoid any attacks by taking cover. 

Aiden searches for the needle but it appears that they burst into data upon impact, leaving nothing behind but wounds if you're unlucky enough to be hit. 

Kokuwamon helps cover Salamon as she manages the windows, taking out whatever gets near her with his electricity. 

Charlie rushes a Demidevimon which was wholely unprepared and slams his foot into it's face, knocking it away and into a Gizamon. Charlie then collapses into a seat to avoid being trampled by Nate as he takes out some more Gizamon before one near the back uses Spiral Saw and cuts through the wood, with Nate barely dodging in time. 

Monodramon quickly rushes the Gizamon, "Beat Knuckle!" Slamming it into the car wall. "Don't hurt Nate, fiend!" 


Evelina

You manage to shove yourself between Marisol and the Gizamon somehow, though they immediately turn their attention to you. "Spiral Saw!" One of them shouts as it goes towards you before Wormmon shouts, "Sticky Net!" and grabs it with the stringshot from his mouth and slams it through a window. Coronamon deals with the other one. "Gatling punch!" He yells as he punches the Gizamon twice, knocking it back and making it growl in a defensive stance, now outnumbered. 

Marisol then shouts, "Old Lady, Coronamon you can handle this. Wormmon and I can take the flying enemy!" Marisol then presses a button on her keyboard and nods to Wormmon. He furrows his expression and nods. "I'll show you what Marisol and I can do!" Wormmon then hops onto the window and jumps out suddenly. 


"Do it now, Wormmon!" Marisol shouts. Then Wormmon begins to glow, encased in light as his form becomes less and less solid and distinct. "Wormmon digivolve to...." Then the light changes and morphs, taking a different shape and becoming much larger and more humanoid, though not entirely. After a few moments The changing stops and the lights dissipates as suddenly as it appeared, leaving a large, green and black humanoid figure with insectoid wings, eyes, and two antenna atop its head flying in the air. "Stingmon!" 

Stingmon immediately takes action and flies upwards towards Flymon. "Spiking Strike!" A purple blade of energy appears from Stingmon's left arm and he flies at high speed towards Flymon, ready to skewer him. 

Flymon dodges at the last second, narrowly avoiding being hit and turning the tables on Stingmon, "Flying Arm!" He sasy as he slams an appendage into Stingmon, knocking him back a bit. It takes a moment before Stingmon can right himself in the air. 

Meanwhile, Gabumon tries to make his way over to Aaron. "I'm coming, buddy!" But some Demidevimon are making it didficult. He swats them away with Blue Blaster but they easily avoid it and start to circle around him. 

"Demi-dart!" They shout in unison. There's nowhere to dodge and Gabumon is only able to knock away two of them, taking the full impact of the other two and threatening to collapse from the hits. 

Nate looks around the train car. "...I'm running out of things to throw, dude!"

With no threat inside the tram right now, Charlie rushes towards Salamon, since she took a hit earlier.

"Sorry, wanted us to be safe before I check on you...

Are you okay? Can I do anything for you to recover?"

Aaron

While Aaron hangs on to the best of his ability, Gabumon fires at the Demidevimon, only managing to hit one while the other three avoid the attack. He winces as the attacks from earlier take their toll. The Demidevimon laugh and ready their signature move once more. Gabumon tries to move towards Aaron but they still have him surrounded. "I-I'm coming, Aaron!" Gabumon gets ready to defend himself. 

Charlie, Nate, Aiden
Meanwhile things seem to have settled down significantly below. Salamon seems to be doing better now. "Yeah... thank you Charlie. I'll be fine in a bit, I just need some rest..." 

Monodramon seems excited. "We did it Nate! We defended the car! Yeah!" He seems excited. The slammed Gizamon groans and glares at Monodramon. It, along with the rest of the defeated enemies begin to hastily retreat and dive out the window. 

Kokuwamon seems dazed for a moment before following Aiden, flying outside and passing him on the way up. 

Evelina
Evelina finds some trash and catches the Gizamon off-guard as it's hit from the side with it, though it doesn't do any damage. On the other hand, while it's distracted Coronamon attacks it. "Holy Shoot!" A shot of light slams into the Gizamon face forward, causing it to cry out and slump over. 

Coronamon sighs, breathing heavy for a moment before regaining his composure. "Thank you... Miss. I'm sorry to have gotten you caught up in this." 

With no more immediate problems inside the car, Marisol demands your attention. She goes to the center of the car, hitting some keys on her laptop and a screen pops up, showing Flymon and the battle outside. "I managed to connect my laptop to my digivice. This program allows me to see through Stingmon's eyes and communicate with him." She watches the screen intently as the action continues. 

Aaron, Aiden

As Aiden climbs to the top of the ladder he witnesses Gabumon get struck with another Demi-dart and nearly collapse from the pain. Kokuwamon then flies over him. "I-I-I'm coming Gabumon!" He shouts as he readies his attack. "Mini Electro Shocker!" The electricity effectively strikes an unsuspecting Demidevimon and the other two quickly regroup. 

Stingmon once again flies quickly at Flymon, and he dodges. Stingmon is quick to turn around and they both ready their attacks. "Moon Shooter!" Stingmon shouts as a energy needles fires towards Flymon. Flymon, of course, reciprocates the gesture, "Deadly Sting!" His stinger fires again and the projectiles clash, cancelling each other out. 

Without much hesistation the opponents ready their next round. "Spiking Strike!" Stingmon cries and charges through the air with his energy blade forward. Flymon cackles and dodges at the last second, then shouting, "Poison Powder!" Sparkling purple dust flurries off his wings and hits Stingmon. 

"Urrrgh!" Stingmon reels from the attack, distancing himself from Flymon. Flymon, however is ready for this and begins to fire off his signature attack in rapid-fire. "Deadly Sting!" A volley of stingers flies at Stingmon, whose movements have slowed and he starts to get hit once, then twice, slowing down from the impact of each attack, leaving him open for the rest. 

Aaron's grip on the car loosens and one of his hands gives out, leaving him barely hanging on by an arm. Kokuwamon has successfully distracted the Demidevimon, as Gabumon limps towards Aaron. "I... I'm coming..." His voice faint as his eye twitches. Aiden could try to help them if Kokuwamon and the Demidevimon weren't directly in his path. Charging could draw their attention which wouldn't work if he wanted to help Aaron and Gabumon. It seemed hopeless. 

Gabumon hobbles close to Aaron as his grip is close to giving out... He's down to fingers and his arm is killing him as he slips and begins to fall towards the water. Finally though, Gabumon graps at his arms, holding him by the wrist. "I... got you... Partner..." Gabumon says with a half smile. But with his fading strength, he isn't able to hold Aaron up and his footing gives out, causing them both to fall towards the water... 




Time seems to stop as Stingmon desperately dodges, taking advice from Marisol and doing only slightly better. A blinding light fills the air as Gabumon and Aaron prepare to hit the surface of the water and Gabumon begins to glow, his entire body being covered in light. "Gabumon digivolve to...." His form becomes indistinct and it grows and grows until it's much, much larger than before. His form is now very beast-like, with spiky shapes on all four appendages. After a moment the glowing stops and his form is clear. He looks a lot like a huge white and blue wolf. Both him and Aaron hit the water, causing a splash, and nothing can be seen for a moment... 


Then the water parts and the new Gabumon is flying through the water, a wet Aaron atop his back, speeding through the water alongside Trailmon. "Garurumon!" He shouts triumphantly. 

Monodramon and Salamon stare in awe from inside the car. Kokuwamon and Stingmon are too busy fighting stop and stare. Aiden is sitll at the top of the ladder. 

Garurumon arches his back for a moment before launching himself upward into the air and landing atop the car, taking up a significant part of the roof. "Aaron, are you alright!?" 

Aiden regards Garurumon. "You...wouldn't be able to do that too, would you Kokuwamon?"

Spotting more enemies to drive off, "Never mind, keep the small fry off our big guys!"

Aiden then runs over to Garurumon and Aaron, checking if they're okay.

Nate and Monodramon stare in awe. Salamon is at a loss for words and apparently Charlie is as well.

Evelina

Coronamon nods and heads up to the roof. Marisol takes the liberty of explaining. "According to Wormmon, nearly all digimon are able to digivolve, but the process usually takes a long time. But our digimon are special since they have us and are connected to our digivices, so they can digivolve when necessary." She bites her thumb as she watches the battle outside.

Aaron, Aiden

Kokuwamon shouts, "Yyyyyyyyeah" back at Aiden as he fights off increased numbers of Demidevimon. "Mini Super Shocker!" He shouts, dodging three demi-darts and electrifying two Demidevimon. There's still a few left now, though.

Garurumon nods at Aiden. "We're alright. And thanks Aaron. I hope you're finally convinced that this isn't a dream of some sort." He thens bends down and slides Aaron off him onto the roof. "I have to help Stingmon." He turns about face towards the battle in the air.

Stingmon definitely could use the help since he can't seem to catch a breaking in Flymon's barrage. He's slowed down after taking a few hits and can't seem to rest long enough to attack back. "Mwahaha, fool! It's only a matter of time before my Deadly Sting does you in!" He continues firing off stinger after stinger as they quickly regenerate and the weakened Stingmon does his best to avoid taking more hits.

The Demidevimon fly at Garurumon, shouting annoyingly. "Stupid dog! You're nothing special just cause you digivolved!" They start to throw their attack at him, but Kokuwamon intercepts the darts, taking a hit and struggling to keep to the air. "I-i-i'll cover you..." Kokuwamon says as he fires at the Demidevimon.

Garurumon nods and his face becomes determined as he opens his mouth wide, aiming towards Flymon. "Howliiiiiiiiiing Blaster!" A stream of Large blue flame spews from his mouth towards the enemy. Flymon notices only at the last second and dodges, seeming shaken from the sudden attack. "You mangy mutt!" His attack has let up and he aims towards Garurumon, ready to fire, "Dea- arrrgh!" He doesn't finish since Stingmon whom he forgot about in the spur of the moment has finally gotten an attack in. "Spiking Strike!" His energy blade is deep inside Flymon's midsection and he yells out in pain, flying back away as his data starts to become unstable, threatening to break apart.

Stingmon shouts at Garurumon, "Let's finish this!" He steadies his aim and fires. "Moon Shooter!" Garurumon follows suit, "Howling Blaster!" The two attacks effectively trap Flymon and he doesn't know where to go, getting blasted by both as his data disperses into the air and a digiegg flies off ahead of Trailmon.

Kokuwamon has managed to take out most of the Demidevimon, but takes another hit and slams into the train roof. The three remaining Demidevimon laugh as they prepare to finish the job, when Coronamon burts onto the roof and punches two of them dead-on. "Gatling Punch!" They both burst and digieggs fly off. The other one gulps and decides that the attack isn't worth it and begins to fly off.

Stingmon lets out a sigh of relief and lands, quickly being engrossed in light and shrinking back into Wormmon. Garurumon does the same and returns to an exhausted Gabumon.
