Kitty
You examine the head. The rough edges and different lengths of the exposed wires suggest it was torn off rather than sliced.

"According to the evidence presented by the head, Ansei couldn't have been the killer. He only used fireworks and poison and the head was clearly removed by being torn off. Meaning...that one of your three tore the head off of Monokuma to kill it."

"No it doesn't," one of the moles says.
"Yeah. We tore the head off after he was dead. From poison. As a trophy." the other talkative one says.
"That's a lie!" Ansei cuts in. He sweeps his arms dramatically, then wags his finger. "My poison won't work on Constructs like that bear."
"OK. You got us. It was one of our fallen brethren."
"No, he got crushed by a rock. Set off by the fireworks."
"No, I did it," the big one says.
"The boss is just trying to trick you," one of the smaller ones says.

You point out that since the poison doesn't work on constructs, he couldn't have died from poison.
"See? So it couldn't have been me causing an accident. The fireworks I used weren't that powerful, either, so don't waste our time," Ansel says.
"Fine. It was a cave-in. Totally coincidental," one of the moles says.
"He killed himself, actually," another claims.
"Dammit, there's no way of telling which one did it if they won't cooperate," Ansei says. "Would you lying sacks of shit stop lying? Hey, can't you do anything about this?"

"Watch and learn!"
Shoot the Y Bullet at the mole holding the head.
"Tell me...Who killed Monokuma!?"

"One of our friends. That you killed." The mole glares at you during the answer. "The most average mole."
