Uhh tech chase is basically this (I prepared this gif ahead of time to expand your Smash knowledge while we're here)  It's essentially reading an opponent and covering their getup options with punishes. |

I'm trying to help you improve your Smash metagame, you know. So...you gonna try to dodge the Final Smash at all or are you just taking it. Ooh, feisty! Love it! Anyways, telling you what you'd be up against helps you avoid it. For example, Falco got an infinite in 1.0.8. Research it! And apply your feistiness to Smash! You're never gonna win with that downer attitude like the one I had yesterday. Unfortunately, I don't know anything about these Yokai Watch characters that keep showing up, and this isn't like normal Smash where I know what's gonna happen, so this is what I'm gonna do. Have Metal Sonic start to approach Hao with a dash, then roll back. Keep going for this parry until Hao either misses his whatever or until he moves. If Hao moves closer, Metal will roll towards him to get behind him, then attempt a f smash. Riki's gonna run up to Waluigi and use Riki is Angry to hopefully tank some hits and finish him off. Ray 01 will provide supporting fire with the Dragon Gun. Skitty Doll's gonna use Cat Clash to leap at Tibarn and scratch him. King Boo will phase behind Tibarn and Lick him as well. Emperor Ing will also provide supporting fire with the Phazon Laser. Oh man, I'm missing out on charging some moves. Slime will charge Kaboomie, the Dancer will charge up Speed Boost, Toy Pikachu will charge up Bolt Strike, Boney will equip a Collar, the amiibo will get a Bonus, Chibi Robo will charge up the Chibi-Blaster, Bubble Monkey will charge up Bubble Blast, Sandbag will drop an item (he receives 1% for this), Brewster will use Coffee to Go, the Mikus will use Voice Configuration, and UGHHHHH I'M DONE WITH THIS TURN |

Well, there's not much to say here other than there was lots of damages. The groups easily take out Tibarn and Waluigi with their new strategy since they were expecting a strategy identical to the more recent attacks. The two trophies are launched at the feet of Just, broken apart.
Just: You're a violent bunch.
Metal Sonic starts going all around Hao, attempting to get him to use his Final Smash and miss, but Hao just stands there staring at him.
Just: I don't think this is THAT kind of Final Smash.
Hao jumps up in the air, floating there and gaining a golden aura. He then flies around all over the place with amazing speed, creating giant explosions everywhere. Yokai Watch characters are confusing, aren't they? The characters charging up their attacks are all stopped mid charge as they get exploded. Finally, Hao's golden aura disappears and he floats down to the ground where he's quickly pummeled and obliterated. The trophy flies over to the other two, shattered as well.
Just: Well, for false trophies, they sure put up a good fight. Now I guess it's time to move on to Classic! Let's go!
Just throws out thirteen trophies! They all take form into a wide variety of characters. A Game Case, Kaepora Gaebora, Hibiki, Felix, and many others.

Great. More characters I don't know. And more frame data I can't analyze. I'd take Sheik any day over this!

Who's Cress? I can't find this person online.
Felix is Golden Sun Felix, right?

Silent Hill Game Case: A moveset was made for Silent Hill: Shattered Memories and became this.
Franken Stein: Another anime character. Uses some weird soul powers to attack with his fists.
Hideki & Chi: More anime characters. They use a variety of strange attacks, including nosebleeds and electric fields.
Deker: Some guy from Power Rangers. Uses a sword.
Cress: Cress Albane from Tales of series. Uses a variety of attacks.
Seto Kaiba: An angsty Yu Gi Oh player. Summons monsters to fight.
Dillon: An armadillo with plenty of useful skills.
Hibiki: A demon summoner. His spells are pretty good.
Beck: Mighty No. 9! It's kind of like Mega Man.
Felix: From Golden Sun! He uses a mix of psynergy.
Colonel.EXE: Kind of like Mega Man, but with more swords.
Andross: Big hands, ugly face.
Kaepora Gaebora: Also known as the sage of light.

Maaaaaayyyyyybeeeee divide and conquer?????? That's all I got. Time to manage 13 Smash battles in not-real time. Well, I got 25 guys right now, so this should technically be in my favor, until I get to the Smash trophies, and then to the Final trophies, and then to the Golden trophies... I won't win the entire trial, but I could try to get really really far, at least. Okay, for now, this is what I want: Reyn to engage Franken Stein. He'll quickly throw on his Berserker aura and then go for a back air. Chibi Robo and Crono's Cat to engage the Game Case. Chibi Robo will fire from afar with quick blasts of the Chibi-Blaster, and the cat will use Food Storage to kick a barrel at the case. Explosion and Flagpole to engage the weird Yokai Watch nosebleeding couple. Flagpole will get close and use Fireworks, and Explosion will launch itself towards the opponents with Fireball. Toon Ganondorf and Amiibo to engage Deker. The amiibo will stay back and gain a Bonus while Ganondorf approaches Deker with Advancing Slashes. Brewster and Sandbag to engage Cress. Sandbag will "run" towards Cress in an unorthodox manner and attempt to land a grab. Brewster will slide a cup of joe towards Cress. Craig and Skitty Doll to engage Seto. Skitty Doll will use Cat Clash and attempt to clutch on to the weird deck thing that Seto has on his arm, and Craig will headbutt yet another water cooler at Seto. Metal Sonic and Dancer to engage Dillon. Dancer will charge up Speed Boost, and if Dillon approaches her, she'll stop charging and will use CounterChase Samba. Metal Sonic will run at Dillon and put on the Black Shield. If he misses, he'll deactivate it, attempt to run at Dillon again at another angle, and throw on the Black Shield again. Amaterasu and King Boo to engage Hibiki. Amaterasu will attempt a dash attack while King Boo provides backup fire with Ghastly Fireball. Ray 01 and Toy Pikachu to engage Beck. TP will charge up Bolt Strike, and Ray will Charge into Beck. Boney and Emperor Ing to engage Felix. Boney will Equip a collar, then go for a dash attack. The Emperor will fire a Phazon Laser directly at Felix. Gnar and Slime to engage Colonel.EXE. Gnar will toss a boomerang at the opponent, and Slime will charge up Elasto Blast and aim at Colonel, but will only launch himself if he's sure he can hit Colonel. Riki and the Mikus to engage Andross. Riki will charge up Freezinate and attempt to hit Andross's right hand, while the Vocaloids attempt to ram into Andross's left hand with the Leek Car. They'll also be ready to leap out of the car if something goes wrong. Kracko and Bubble Monkey to engage Kaepora. Kracko will call the Waddle Doos back and tell them to engage Kaepora, then use Lightning Rods and charge Kaepora. Bubble Monkey will use Samba from afar, then launch his wife at Kaepora. While all this happens, I'm gonna walk up to Just. "Seriously, can you send this Yokai chick to the orphanage for me? I'm sick and tired of seeing this on my list."  |
