Sonic: Oh so I was pulled from my home world due to a summoning ritual. No big deal this stuff happened to me before so I am use to it.
Sophie: Ehh my journey began because we Sister in Law tossed me in a strange portal for trying to protect my future wife. Now the world I was born and the world I was sent to are linked together. Oh by the way where's my wife. (Wife is a card tucked inside Sophies pocket.)
Bowser: Magma? Why can't we sleeping lady in a volcano to wake her up? Oh and why does the teddy bear keep saying Koopa?
Could care less about everything else.

Oh and stupid question but is Mana a thing in the FE universe? Or is all magic handled by artifacts, tomes, staves, the differnet stones, etc.?
I think it's safe to assume Mana isn't a thing in the Mario Universe but just want to check. Because all Mario's powers come from magical items and somehow being a world class gymnast despite being a plump plumber. Bowser has the magic wands and Magikoopas and I want to say there's more but I don't think there is.
Oh and the Soul Keys how would you explain them?

Depends on the magic type. Spirits do the heavy lifting in anima magic. Dark seems to use the user's life force. Light and staves aren't quite so well explained.

Don't forget that Valentians seem to use some sort of blood magic given how spells in Gaiden/Echoes cost HP. Also, I might have a way to tie the Chaos Emeralds back into this more smoothly if we go through with the idea of making an Ether. Before you get worried no, I'm not suggesting we dissolve them into it or anything, although they will play an important role. |

Notice that no one in Valentia uses a tome. Presumably that means that tomes do the heavy lifting, explaining why they have limited use, but you can cast with your own life force.

In the decision for who's the leader or for something else I didn't see? Remember that Mog hasn't agreed to officially help them in the war effort what with the whole "ambassador unable to contact his king" issue, although I guess he could be talked into helping them as a freelance agent until they can establish some means of communication between the worlds.

I'm waiting on the consensus as to the first summon fight happening soon, Mog's going to express annoyance at this whole situation only to cut himself off after detecting an Eidolon about to appear either directly inside the room or somewhere close enough to pose a major threat. This thing. Presumably, how the Outlanders carry themselves in a situation of sudden stress would help them decide who's leading. |

Do you think maybe we should have the Eidolon appear in town so that way the heros that some of my characters that appeared there can join in? Or would that cause to much chaos and we should just leave it that Lana sneaks them away into the safe house? |
