"Well, we have a few people. Why don't you tell me what you had in mind for the person you're looking for? It's gonna cost about 200 Gold a day to hire an employee."
She gives you a sheet to fill out.
(You can essentially create a new character, but I'm going to be controlling it as your employee.)
