Yep, pretty much the direct in a nutshell along with Smash Ultimate as a whole (Ridley will never stop being surprising). Apparently between the Monster Hunter crossover that went live yesterday in FF14 with a Rathalos fight and now the same dragon being revealed as a boss (possibly in a story mode, that stage wasn't shown as one of the 103) and assist trophy today it's also a really good time to be a Monster Hunter fan.

It's about dam time King K. Rool was announced as a fighter. About god dam time.
Oh and the Belmonts are cool too. Wonder what took him so long to get a Castlevania rep over here. Then again having Richter and Simon Belmont in Smash is about the closest we will get to an actual Castlevania game.
So now that K. Rool is announced is there really anyone left that's been widely requested.
Ashley is an AT. So is Zero.
Ridley has also been added a while ago.
Is there someone out there that has yet to be announced yet?
Not Waluigi lol not him. Besides I think he's an AT anyway.

Oh and that was a nice fake out with King Dedede posing as King Rool only for the real one to show up.
Oh and poor Luigi then again I can totally see Luigi acting like that in Draculas castle.
Oh and Poor Mario Bros.
First Mario gets killed by Ridley and now Luigi gets his soul ripped out by death and umm that weird bleeding face thing (I think they called it Carmella) looking to eat Luigis soul.

As a MH fan I am happy. I need to play the Behemoth DLC though. Still FAAAAAR behind on World, but life's busy and I have other things to do!
This will be the first Smash game I own and I am HYPE. It pisses me off how ungrateful and toxic the Smash fanbase can be though. I love music player options in games, tbh.

I think so? I never took those requests seriously. What im trying tk say is I dont expect Goku because he is a sorta "out there" pick.

Boo Mimikyu is a pokeball pokemon.
If Gen 7 is getting a rep, I'm guessing Dusk Lycanroc now. It's getting the special anime treatment.
Also, Echo Characters are genius. Clones have never been so invited, and there is so much potential for DLC.

I don't know, I'm still not sold on the whole "TWEWY, but with only one screen and no touch screen except in handheld mode" thing. One of the things that made the game so interesting was how much it was built around the features of the DS, while I get that the Switch is more relevant I feel it would have been better on the 3DS even if it meant it was hardly any different compared to the original. |
