Here's an explanation of all enemy boosts and their origin:
X Element Immunity (Diablo 2): This enemy is immune to the specified element or status effect.
Melee Immunity (Diablo 2): This enemy is immune to all melee attacks.
Magic Immunity (Diablo 2): This enemy is immune to all unnatural projectiles.
Puncher (Resident Evil Revelations): This enemy causes more damage than usual.
Speedy (Resident Evil Revelations): This enemy moves and attacks faster than usual.
Goliath (Resident Evil Revelations): This enemy significantly takes less damage than it's supposed to.
King (Resident Evil Revelations): This enemy has significantly more HP and some moves it wouldn't be supposed to have.
X Status Fog (Resident Evil Revelations 2): This enemy is surrounded by a cloud of fog that causes a status effect at Melee distance.
Booster (Resident Evil Revelations 2): This enemy gives a specific boost to other enemies. Those enemies lose this given boost if the Booster is defeated.
Healer (Resident Evil Revelations 2): All enemies have health regeneration as long as this enemy is standing.
Death Touch (Metroid Prime 2 Echoes): This enemy will kill you if it walks into you.
Giant (Yoshi Island): This enemy is the size of a building.
Sturdy (Pokemon): This enemy cannot die in the first turn of the wave.
Skittish (World of Warcraft): Enemies pay far less attention to threat generated by tanks and tank-like abilities (taunting, intimidation, etc.).
Super Armor (Super Smash Bros.): This enemy takes damage like normal, but doesn't react to attacks.
Overwatch (XCom): This enemy will attack before the first action of the first player to post this turn.
Corruption (Vitcon): This enemy is corrupted by Virus, giving it access to Virus abilities.
Transform (Vitcon): This enemy turns into a new enemy when it dies.
X Element Aura (Vitcon): All of this enemy's attack are of the specified element/status effect.
Mimic (Vitcon): This enemy can use all abilities the players have used on the current wave.
Invincible (Vitcon): This enemy is just here to be annoying. It cannot be killed and will die when the rest of the enemies are dead.
