I'll get straight to the point. Backstage at the Glitz Pit's Main Office, the Toad known as Jolene is attending a raffle drum as depicted here:
It is currently filled with numbered balls. Competitors can turn the crank for as long as they want, and then open the cage and grab a ball by any means they wish. You can even have a generic staffer grab the ball for you, as many are. This must be done by everyone but it can be done in private instead of in this thread. PM me to draw your ball if you are sure you want to keep your characters secret, otherwise post right here and ye shall receive.
