Oh! I meant to ask. What's tier deadline for submissions? Are you going to add a poll on the first post or do we just say it? Are incomplete entries valid choices?

Gender: Asexual, Agender
Appearance: Green Skin, with red and tan lined muscular areas on his arms and the front of his torso. Little feeler things on his head, sharp teeth, purple tongue, it's the Namek look. But on top of all that, he's slender and short, with lots of muscle and one of those shady looking faces.
Backstory: This asshole has spent his five years alive mooching off of others, practicing horrible magic spells and 'training' to avoid having to do actual work. He applied to be in the Tournament of Power but got his ass absolutely beat down by stronger competitors, and therefore did not qualify. Fuck this guy.
Regular Clothes: White pants, boots and a white ass turban. Almost always topless.
Battle: Wears a bunch of enchanted necklaces he made to give himself advantages in a fight. Gawdy, cacophonous garbage, all of it.
Fall Outfit: This fool puts on the ugliest, most unappealing dark puke green sweater to rake leaves.
Likes: Strong distilled liquor, pissing off the elders on his planet and being a horrendous social influence on other young Namekians
Dislikes: Losing fights, explosives
Theme: Circular behavior
Goals/Aspirations: The ultimate goal of this lazy jerk is to create his own set of Dragonballs, which he intends to make all the wishes on - exclusively frivolous stuff to suit his lazy lifestyle, of course. There's no nobility or responsibility in this task at all, just sheer selfish interest.
Skills/Powers: This absolute baboon of a Namekian happens to be fairly talented in magical casting ability. He can do the sorts of things common to casters in his multiverse, including scrying, magical projectiles, sealing rituals, healing waves, and the like. He's bad at fighting, though, since he never spends enough of his time sparring or working out. Could probably be a fine hero in the Namek tradition if he wasn't a total narcissist and asshole.
Fears: Dis boi's biggest fear is being called out and ostracized by the community on Planet Namek for being a lazy good-for-nothing. They're getting there tbh, so it might be a rational fear.
Costume: The Jolly Green Giant. Leaf-based bearskin-style suit, very skimpy. Half his ass hangs out the back and he walks around as if he were ignorant of this fact.

I have selected a name for this boi. Was waiting until I did the rest. His name is Doli (as in Mandolin, following the Piccolo gang naming scheme). As for which I vote for...

I'm not a big DBZ fan, but Doli seems like an interesting character and probably has the most room for character growth in a potential story so he gets my vote.
