Super Smoke Trains: Allow a Train to push out more smoke, taking down terror threats by two stages!

Legend Of The Golf Cart: Using extremely advanced technology, Golf Carts will be able to bless all of your vehicles with one upgrade you purchased. 
Cost: 1100000 TC.
