Sorry Digi you can't have Eevee as a starting Eeveelution. That's my partner (well it is my avatar ;p ) that I start off with.
Oh and you need a home base too.

Orb Color: Rainbow Colored
Abilities:
The Power of Yoshi: Can inhale foes to trap them in eggs. Then launch the eggs with near perfect accuracy. Also has the power of the different colored Yoshi's.
(Blue: Flight; Red: Launch Fireballs; Yellow: stomps the ground causing a minor quake.) Colored can be telled by the color of the robe.
Watermancer: Able to manipulate water to will. The more water available the stronger and more complex maneuvers can be performed.
Battle Date Simulator: Able to turn most encounters into a battle date simulation. Not effective on bosses and limit effects on other PC.
There's also a feeling there is more to this mysterious beings powers but he's holding back.
Eeveelution: Eevee (have to look up the Let's Go Eevee moves again)
Assit/Partner Character: Ultimate Bowser. Bowser can take any form that he has ever had in any game or cyoa or RP. Doesn't like to be ordered by X but does for some reason. Also can summon minions and can shot Bullet Bills from a Bullet Bill Blaster.
Background (optional): (Any relevant info you want to post. If you want to state what you were doing before the events then that's fine. Not mandatory)
Home Base: The Starship Odyessy. (Picture if the Odyssey and star ship mario fused)
Alignment: Good but has to stay neutral.
Inventory: (Your allowed up to 5 vending machine items for the start. Likewise it can be left blank for now and filled at a later time.)

Abilites: Lazy Legion (A nigh-infinite supply of Imps too bad they've got no notable attributes at all besides a total lack of self-preservation)
Demon Negotiation (A Penchant for getting enemie mooks to join the legion with contract signing!)
Hellish Physiology (A Hardy demon body leaves little need to fear pedestrian stuff like Fire or Darkness)
Eeveelution: Leafeon! (Moveset; Leaf Blade, Grass Whistle, X-Scissor, and Nature Power)
Assist/Partner Character: Maurice Harper; Burgeoning X-Man with a penchant for stirring shit and holes in his pocket (that lead to his very own dimension) mostly uses this power to teleport and drop things on people

New upgrade!
Guard Projector: An augment installed in the palm of Raku’s right hand (come to think of it, it’s been a while since I had a character specifically be left-handed, hasn’t it? There, now she’s left handed) that can create a force field on demand in front of her. She has to keep her hand pointed outward and open to keep the force field up, so she can’t do any actions that would require both hands at the same time as she’s defending against attacks.

Powers:
Invocation of Qualya: Survive the first lethal attack with minimal HP while active.
Invocation of Ars Orphalan: Gain an extreme boost to all stats but take constant damage while active.
Brilliant Lights: Dazzle and distract enemies with a radiant light.
Force Bullet: Fire a burst of pure force, damaging a target at any visible range. Will not miss, but may be blocked.
Background info: Raised to live the life of a warrior as part of a noble guard. She wields a mighty battle axe and is a rather fair red-headed maiden. But she's feisty and can't stand the strong mocking the weak.

New ability:
Friendship Sticks: Blood throws dynamite around. Might hurt him if he's not careful. Can only light and throw the dynamite so fast of course, so he can't just spam throw hundreds of dynamite everywhere.
Can I make up the abilities for Umbreon or do they need to be real abilities?

The moves for the Umbreon have to be real moves it can move. But the way you can use the moves can be used in unique and creative ways.
For me I always try to think of moves that I can use in fun and creative ways. I would say try to think of flexibility and adaptability. Like how can you use that move in tandem with that your abilities. Sorry Blood.
