Abilities:
1: Neurolink. A computer chip installed into Raku’s brain that allows her to communicate with her ship’s AI, her fellow packmates and anyone else she shares her neurolink contact code (or a phone number, as those humans would call it) with. It can also project important information as a heads up display (said info isn’t actually visible in front of her, it just looks that way to her) and wirelessly interface with Neurolink compatible tech such as her ship or...
2: Pulse Spear. An advanced weapon of her own design combining a lance and gun, this metallic pole can project out a spearhead made of energy as well as fire out bursts of energy for a ranged attack. Rather than a button or trigger to control it, the Pulse Spear’s energy output is controlled via Neurolink.
3: (Augmented) Avali Biology. While Earth’s gravity is too dense to allow for proper flight, Raku’s winglike arms can be used to control her descent in a somewhat clumsy sort of glide when falling. Her hearing is incredibly strong (in fact it’s stronger than her sense of sight), and she’s naturally capable of not only withstanding subzero temperatures that could give humans severe frostbite but do so in comfort. This cold resistance, however, comes at the cost of a vulnerability to heat. Under normal circumstances even the normal temperatures of Earth would be life-threatening, and although temperature-regulating augments keep her safe (if a bit uncomfortable) she still struggles to withstand hotter temperatures and fire.

Eeveelution: Espeon (Psyshock, Signal Beam, Light Screen, Flash)
Partner: Khaii, a male Avali and one of Raku’s packmates. He looks similar to her but a brighter sandy coloring with pink accents, “hair” that points downwards in multiple smaller quills instead of one large spike, and an orange and white jumpsuit. Has a neurolink and similar natural abilities (plus a temperature regulating augment) as Raku, but instead of a personalized weapon like the Pulse Spear he uses a simple energy pistol.

Home Base: The Iceberg
Not to be confused with an actual iceberg, this state-of-the-art Avali spacecraft is not only Raku’s means of traveling the stars but also her and her pack’s home. Unfortunately with the warp drive damaged it won’t exactly be going anywhere too far from Earth, but with all other systems normal it should still function as a base of operations that can be beamed up to from almost anywhere.
Bio: The Avali are a race of technologically advanced feathered aliens from the arctic planet Avalon. Most Avali are nomadic and travel in packs of 3 to 6, with Raku’s pack consisting of herself, Khaii, and Neza (Female, snow white feathers with pale green accents, “hair” resembling a Mohawk, and a white and orange jumpsuit). The three of them weren’t particularly planning to make a pit stop on Earth, but some nasty warp engine troubles have left them stranded here until Neza can get it up and running again.
Alignment: Chaotic Good-ish. She’s kind of an arrogant asshole who thinks she’s better than humans and isn’t afraid to break any rules she doesn’t agree with, but she’s still a reasonably decent person if you can get past that.

Guyz forgive me I forgot to add one critical option and thats what is your home base?

Blame the allergies and the allergy medicine.

Oh it's there, I had Umbreon, It got mixed in with something else on accident.

When it comes to moves and stats for any Pokemon just go with what the game says.

So whatever special/ normal splits just go with whats in the games.

One change I will say is that Physic functions like it does in the Anime instead of how it does in the game.

Hopefully that helps.

Oh and as far who controls the Eeveelutions. The answer is the player does for the most part. If there is an important message or something coming up then I might say Vaperon feels a bit uneasy and looks towards Crow with concern.

But yeah for the most part the players control there partner characters and there Eeveelution.
