Keltitheld, the City Outside of Time

Priti, XYYXZ and Socha:

Socha uses its long reaching attacks to land a well timed attack on The Last Adjunct, it is unable to dodge, but as it sees the attack coming, it moves its body so that your attack hits just above the joint and deals 5 damage. However, the attack seems to have wounded it quite a bit, and you can tell it is beginning to weaken.

XYYXZ uses volley of desperation once more, the swift creature moves as fast as it can but many of your projectiles still graze it's side, dealing 4 damage.

Priti goes in for a crushing blow to the head, the Last Adjunct sees thi attack coming and swoops underneath the attack. As soon as it has dodged priti it goes into an arcing sweep aimed against XYYXZ, despite the swiftness of the attack, the Last Adjunct still manages to clip XYYXZ, dealing 1 damage, but you can see his old wounds open up more and the last adjunct also takes 1 damage.

Kyre:

As you go up the stairs, you see a bluish-shadowy figure hovering in the air. It looks humanoid and you can see little pieces of things floating about in it's mass. It seems to be staring at something on the ground, however the shadow quickly notices you and obscures the object before you can identify it. It lets out a high pitched cry that sounds vaguely like a human, before it sends out a wave that seems to disorient you slightly. It moves slowly towards you.

The next attack is yours...

Kyre makes a dissatisfied gesture.

It steps backwards... and uses Shadow of the Soul, vanishing into the shadows.

Kyre will sneak behind the creature, and draw Silvertongue.

Yeah that makes sense get in the way and smash again this time actually hit hopefully

Priti, XYYXZ, Socha:

((You guys know your characters can... talk right?? If you want to. Also this is the end of the tutorial fight. I promise you fighting will be much more fun later after this.))

All three of the shapeless strike the Last Adjunct at the same time, he can't dodge them all. It tries to move away from Priti's strike by leaping tp the side, but Priti is more prepared for the dodge and lands a crushing blow it's head. The already ruined armor is shed, and you can know get a good luck at it's pale body. It wobbles for a moment as it tries to recover from the staggering blow and this is all the time Socha and XYYXZ needs to launch a dual attack on it. Socha's spear pierces it's shoulder instantly, while XYYXZ lands a series of solid blows that leave it out of breathe and badly wounded. Frustrated with it's inability to damage you and the loss of it's armor, The Last Adjunct retreats, grappling onto one of the few holes in the ceiling and quickly crawling away.

"That was... quite the battle..." The young man you saved says, as he straitens his glasses and struggles to catch his breath. "My name is Dinari, I was with Dr. Feldigruid but we were attacked by some sort of ghost like creature, and he was left unconcious. Speaking of the good doctor..." He fishes 4 clear orbs out of his pocket, and what looks to be some sort of transponder. "The doctor' nates said that you'll want these. The orbs will help you interact with key parts of the world, as well as channel new strength into your own bodies. This transponder should allow you to communicate with each other if you are separated."

Dinari hands an item to each shapeless, he seems confused that there are four orbs and only three of you, but leaves the 4th orb with priti for the time being.

"Now that being said... If you rest at any obelisks you find." He pointed at the huge statue in the center of the room. "They will repair damage done to you, and you may take the time to use items, and channel existence into yourself. These shrines are relatively safe places."

You may now rest at the Clearing Shrine.
You gained 200 Existence. Upgrade your core levels at key NPCs or when resting at Obelisks using existence

Kyre:

You turn invisible and move behind the creature. It doesn't seem to understand what happened. It's sluggishy moves it's "Head" from side to side as if searching for you. Your weapon is ready for projection.

XYYXZ grabs the orb and scuttles over to the obelisk, eager to figure out the whole getting stronger thing.
