Blood wakes up heavy in sweat from the dream he had. It was weirder then most dreams he has had. What was the deal with that judgmental skeleton anyways. Oh right maybe check to see if Overseer is around.
Blood checks for the Overseer's presence and notices it there.
Blood then see's Umbreon curled up next to him at the foot of his bed. Blood then also see's that the Blood Red orb from his dream is laying next to his bed. The room is kinda of small so Blood exits it too see he is the middle of Purgatory.
(Feel free to make any changes if you want to.)
Blood sees a lot of grimly high tech looking buildings. You don't notice any new people wandering around. Maybe no body was foolish enough to enter yet. Some of his friends shops appear to be in the process of opening. (I will let you describe the shops and what they do.) The giant government building is still there. Oh and there's a new shop opening opening right next door to you. It's ran by a red headed merchant and she seems to be expecting you.
"Good morning Blood my name is Anna,". "I am here for all your selling and buying needs,". "Have any junk in that Red Orb of yours?". "Sell it here and I can give you some freshly minted coins for them,". "Just know that the more useful an object the more you will get,". "Later I hope to start selling stuff but for now see some quick cash sell some of your stuff," Anna tells Blood.
"Well talk to you later," Anna tells Blood.
Blood then turns around and sees something interesting in the distance. You see what looks like a 2D green skinned woman wearing a crown and black curly dress. You see an older looking man with thick white eyebrows and a long white mustache that reaches the ground. He also appears to have 4 rainbow colored wings. Finally a long ghost girl like being seems to be between them. She appears to be all white amd has four white wings and a swirl atop her head.
"Hello are you the owner of this place?" the older gentlemen asks you.
"We have something important to talk to you about,". "We highly recommend you come here,". "You wouldn't want to make the queen of the Underwhere wait now,". "It could be bad for your health," the green skinned woman says.
Blood gets closer to the strange beings.
"Good so you have some sense to you,". "So what are you?". "What is this place exactly?". "And why did it appear between these two domains of the Overthere and Underwhere overnight?" the Green skinned woman who seems to go by the name Queen Jades asks Blood.

Blood suddenly looks up in the air with puppy dog eyes, he seems to be looking at nothing at first, until a voice rings out.
"Fine... I'll explain it." The overseer says, rolling it's nonexistant eyes.
"Welcome to purgatory, this is the place where all the people too stupid to die go or something equally as pointless. I don't really understand it myself. As for how it got here, Purgatory City randomly travels about every hundred years or so. So you are stuck with us until it decides to move again."
"The ruler of this place is "The great government man", or GM for short, is an AI obsessed with controlling all versions of the afterlife. The GM is a tyrant and controls this city with an iron fist (Not like that's hard). He's been trying to kill us for years now, he covets blood powers, since he 'technically' a demi-god."
Blood doesn't seem to be paying attention at all, instead he drooling while staring at a donut shop.
Just as the overseer finishes his explanation, the ground begins to rumble, a huge platform with what look like a TV explodes out off the ground! You can see hordes of lasers, missiles, and other weapons on it. Large machines with drills seem to have been propelling the platform. "IT IS I THE GREAT GOVERNMENT MAN!" The speakers boom, deafening everyone within a mile radius. "Oh, too loud? Is this better? Confound these dials..." Everyone look up as the screen comes on and you can see a robotic face looking at you, this is obviously the GM.
"It is I, your beloved ruler. I have come to let you know that I have increased taxes by 374% in addition to the previous days increase. Make sure to pay it... or else... oh yes, time for the less important announcements..." As he shuffles through papers the robots begin to wobble about, someone has lost their balance.
"What's happening out there? Put me down you fools!" All the robots are crushed by the platform as it hits the ground with a deafening thud. "Not what I meant! IDIOTS!"
"Anyway, the famous criminal "Bloodmancer" Is still wanted. If you see anyone who looks like they have a centile of variant power, bring them to me! I will abso- I mean question them. We've also passed a bill that allows you to literally eat your entire house if you want... Not sure why but you wanted it." Everyone cheers at the last announcement. you can even hear someone say "Your the best, great Government man!"
"That's all for today loyal citizens, Tada!"
He seems to be grumbling about slow robots before blood yells. "Hey, CHANGE TEH CHANNEL! I WANNA WATCH MR. MCGEE!"
"PSsssstt… blooood… THATS OUR MORTAL ENEMY! STOP..." The overseer realizes that he yelled. "Oh my, and just was I hoping for a quite day..."
The giant face of the GM appears on the screen, staring right at blood and his party. He seems to notice the crowns and unique appearances of Queen Jades and the old man. "Ooooh… what do we have here? Royalty? From a far away land who I can kidnap and make into my puppet rulers? SURRENDER!"
A dozens lasers point from the giant platform towards blood and his group. "Blood, do something! Wait... where did you get that?" He tells blood, who swallows a box of donuts whole (Cardboard and all). "Okey-dokey, lets go new friends. THIS WAY!" He grabs onto both of them and quickly drags them down an alleyway towards a building. Missiles fire in the distance and the you can hear the great government yelling something about rocket thrusters.

"What is the meaning of this get your hands me this once,". "I am the queen of the Underwhere I will not be handled so roughly,". "Goodness and then that weird TV man,". "Just what is going on in this place," Queen Jades demands.
"Here I thought Bone chill was bad," Grambi added.
"You what's going on here,". "Why was the TV Government person attacking us?". "Does he really think the queen of the Underwhere is here to surrender?". "Does he know I can easily end his game with just a thought?". "Do you understand who you are in the presence of?" Queen Jades seems to be really agitated.
"Now, Now that thing was after Blood here, not us,". "In fact if it wasn't for Blood who knows what that thing could have done,". "I think we owe him his side of the story at least,". "Besides who knows what havoc this Government Man will cause to the Over There or Underwhere if he shows up there,". "Now calm down dear," Grambi told Queen Jades.
"Fine, only because he did try to save us,". "Also I wouldn't want this Government Man to run wild in The Under where,". "Bad enough that weird Goat Man is there, along with that strange fish woman knight,". "Okay Blood I will ask one more time and I hope you answer me,". "What is Purgatory exactly?". "Why is it in the center and directly half way between The Under where and The Over there?". "Who is the Government Man?". "Finally, who are you and what is your story?" Queen Jades asks you.
The white angle ghost girl is just floating there looking at you and the surrounding area.

"Weird Goat Man? Strange Fish Woman Knight? Is there a Skeletor ripoff too?" Blood asks curiously before moving on.
"Well, Purgatory is a place were people who aren't evil or good go when they die! Or people or are just unwanted... Normally it's between Heaven and Hell, which are were good and bad people go, but it can appear between places that are similar to them sometimes when it moves. No one really knows who the great government man is. One day he appeared in that big building over there and took over the city. Everyone thinks that he is some sort of AI made by Death, or the rulers of Heaven and Hell because no one wanted to rule this world. Also my name is "Bloodmancer" Or blood for short, because I can't really mance blood. A long time ago I was a little baby, then I grew up and died and went to hell because I did something called "Kill people" Which I'm not sure why that's bad. I accidently burned down hell, and my friends Satan was really mad, so he told me I could never come back, and sent me here, which made me sad because Satan is a funny guy and I liked hanging out with him. But now I'm here and I have wacky adventures with my friends, uncluding my new best friend Umbreon, my friend Overseer, and lot of other people! But Government man doesn't like fun so he always tries to take my powers away..." Blood begins to rumble, Umbreon is on his shoulder somehow, she doesn't seem to amused.
"I thought I was your best friend! I mean... WE are not friends!" The Overseer yells at blood.
Up in the sky you hear the noises of jet engines and you see the giant viewing screen floating on rocket boosters, before one of them blows out and the platform begins to crash "Damnyoubloodmanceri'llbeback. AlsoshouldenthaveusedjetenginesonthisdefinitelynotmadetoholdthisweEEEEEEEEEIGHT!" The great Government man yells as his screen crashes to the ground and explodes.

"Well the skeleton person wasn't there when I left,". "But it does sound familiar,". "Maybe the other two know who your talking about," Queen Jades says to Blood.
"Hmm haven't really seen any weird skeletons in the Over there,". "Well there was the one time those skeletons that were working with Bone chill invaded here," Grampi said to Blood.
"Oh yeah Bonechill that's been banished to the deepest darkest prison,". "He was once a Nimbi until he tried to rebel against Grampi, for control of the Over there,". "He were able to cast him down to his own private prison deep in the Underwhere until he escaped one day," Luvbi said to Blood.
"Yeah I would certainly keep an eye out for him," Queen Jades adds.
"Oh right so Purgatory is between the place you refer to as Heaven and Hell,". "The Underwhere is not really a place for evil people per say,". "It's just for those that really don't care or that have committed sins but nothing to bad,". "Well there is Bone Tails prison where the truly evil are sent once there games end," Queen Jades said to Blood.
"The over there is where those that can make the trek from the under where to the over there end up,". "Also those that haven't sin end up in the Over There when there game ends," Grampi adds.
"Oh and I am there daughter much oblige," Luvbi says to Blood.
"So what's that weird fox like creature with you?" Queen Jades asks Blood.
"Also I noticed you were talking to someone but it only appears to be you and Umbreon,". "Is there somebody else around here hiding?". "It seems like that Government man left or something happened to him?" Grampi asked.
"Oh and didn't you have something else to add Mother and Father?" Luvbi says.
"You know something important," Luvbi says to both Queen Jades and Grampi.
"That can wait, I was thinking of asking but after being attacked by that weird Government man maybe we shouldn't," Queen Jades tells Luvbi.

Blood repeats "Okey-Dokey" to the things he doesnt really understand, having a huge absent minded grin on his face, so it's pretty obvious.
"Well this is umbreon! Shes my best friend like I said before. She helps do stuff but I'm not sure what."
Suddenly umbreon speaks, she whispers in bloods ear that she is like an assist of sorts that cna help guide him and help him fight, which he repeats to the others.
"Also I sometimes talk to the Overseer, who is my best friend... he is a giant floating voice in the sky and he gives me good advice. See, I'll make to where you cna talk to him too!" Blood spins around and makes some weird noises.
Suddenly, you cna hear the voice of the overseer above you.
"Blood thags not how that... wait, can you actually hear me now?? That's weird... stop breaking reality blood!"
"But I'm not doing, the weird guy typing this story on his phone is doing it!"
"What... what does that even mean?!" Shaking it off, The overseer introduces himself
"Hi. Welcome to purgatory city, I'm the overseer as you cna see... well you cant see me but I'm right above you. I'm like conscious of sorts that gets ignored."
The overseer now takes over for blood, you cna see smoke rising out of his ears from thinking too much.
"The Great Government man Is dead for now, but he'll okay later so you guys need to find a way out of here. I'm sure he'll have minions searching for you everywhere. We can protect you if take the same way out that you got in here."
"And then we cna be friends!!" Blood says with a big smile.

"Oh us leaving isn't a problem at all,". "Due to our connection to our respective locations we can come and go as we please,". "But you and your friends are certainly worth keeping an eye on,". "Defiantly worth keeping an eye on indeed," Queen Jades says to Blood.
"Hmm Mr. Blood is there perhaps a safe place, you can think of around here,". "We were kinda of hoping to ask a favor from you," Grampi says to Blood.
"Geez will you stop beating around the bush and ask him already,". "Look Mr. Blood and Mr. Overseer, mom and dad want to know if it would be okay if we used your place as a meeting place?". "Obviously there are security concerns they have," Luvbi says to Blood.
"Sigh there she goes again,". "But yeah we were hoping to use your place as a meeting place for me, Grampi, and Luvbi,". "To be honest the trek between our two locations is quite long,". "It's often a hassle to try and get Luvbi from the Under Where to the Over there,". "So since your directly in the center of both we were hoping to use your place as a go between," Queen Jades tells Blood.
"Yeah but with that weird TV man around can we be sure that your place is safe,".
"No worries about safety,". "She will be safe at my place and I can always use the extra set of hands,". "Of course the only condition is that Blood has to accept," Anna tells Queen Jades and Grampi.
"Oh that's a relief,". "So Mr. Blood can we use your place as a go between our two dimensions,". "You don't have to accept of course,". "Your free to say no,". "But just know that having the queen of the Under where in your debt is never a bad thing," Queen Jades informs Blood.
"Yes using purgatory as a stop gap will surely be a great help to the three of us,". "We would be really grateful if you agree to help us," Grampi adds.
Luvbi is looking at you for a response.
(Oh and somehow when you look at your orb when you go to gained items you see a Pipe Bomb. Apparently you got one for breaking the 4th wall. Then again how did Blood know this was all done by some weird dood was behind this typing on his phone.

"Well that was an acceptance if I ever heard one," Anna says to Queen Jades.
"Thank you for your cooperation Mr. Blood you will certainly not regret this," Queen Jades tells Blood.
"In fact here's a little present from me, it seems the people who come to the Under Where seem to have this on them,". "This has little meaning for me but maybe you can use these Golden coins on your journey," Queen Jades says handing Blood a bag full of coins.
Obtained 250 coins
"Oh thank you Mr. Blood for agreeing to help us,". "You will certainly be a big help,". "Oh right I also have a little gift for you,". Grampi says as he takes out a Mushroom with little hearts on it.
Obtained a Life Shroom
"Should your game end prematurely this Mushroom will automatically revive you with half your health,". "Think of this as an extra life if anything should happen to you in battle,". "This will only work on you Mr. Blood,". "It will not help your dog like friend or anyone else unfortuantly,"Grampi said to Blood.
"Just know I don't do hard labor Ms. Anna,". "Hmph I guess if you can keep me safe I can do small little things for you,". "Just don't expect me to work too hard okay," Luvbi tells Anna.
"Oh little girl if only you knew what I have in store for you," Anna says with a devious smile.
"I like her," Queen Jades says in reference to Anna.
"Oh right here take this you will need it to gain access to the Under Where,". "This will allow you to travel freely between the Under Where and wherever you are," Queen Jades tells Blood.
Obtained a cursed idol (it appears to be a hand held, wood carved, version of Queen Jades). The idol is pulsating with dark and foreboding energy and it feels like the entire underworld is contained with in.
"All you have to do is hold the idol aloft and think about the Under Where,". "The magic contained within will take care of the rest,". "It will deliver directly to the center of the Under Where,". "Oh and if you ever need to talk with me," Queen Jades says to Blood.
Queen Jades touches the Blood Red orb and all of a sudden her contact info appears in your orb. "Just use your orb over here to talk to me anytime," Queen Jades tells Blood.
Obtained Queen Jade's contact info. You are now able to contact Queen Jades whenever you want.
"Oh right here this is for you,". "With this item you will be able to gain access to the Over There any time you want,". "Oh right some of the nimbi's may give you a hard time at first,". "Just tell them your friends with me and that should straighten them out," Grampi tells Blood.
Obtained a Golden Halo. You can feel a warm and bright light coming from it. It's almost comforting holding this item. With this item you can access the Over There any time you want.
"Oh right here let me just see your orb," Grampi says as he touches your orb.
Obtained Grampi's contact info. Your now free to talk to Grampi whenever you want.
"Now then with that we will be off," Grampi says as he takes off.
"Well Luvbi ready when you are," Queen Jades tells Luvbi.
"Oh right might as well before I leave," Luvbi tells Blood. Luvbi touches your orb and all of her info is loaded into your orb.
Obtained Luvbi's contact info. Your now able to contact Luvbi whenever you want.
"Well then Mr. Blood until we meet again," Queen Jades tells Blood before her and Luvbi disappear.
Well that was awkward any ways your free to go where you want. You can go to the Underwhere and ask about Fish Lady or Regal Goat man. You can explore the Over There some more. Finally, it seems like a portal to Toad Town has opened so your free to go there and explore if you want.
