A strange, extremely weird vending machine has suddenly popped up in the middle of the Shopping Central. It is square, and entirely black except for small, block print on the top saying Terrorism Dispatcher. Rumor has it that if you enter enough Thomas Credits, you can avoid Terrorism entirely for a certain amount if time. Interesting.
