Only Elder Scrolls game I played was Skyrim and well... I stopped playing it cause I was tired of fighting Draugrs.
I've always had that problem with open world games tbh. Outside of BOTW, I always reach a point where I feel like I got the gist of it, even though I'm not even close to being done with the game, so I just move on to another game.
Diablo 2 is a whole lot of nostalgia of cooperation with my friends and while we decided to do the Resident Evil switch ports together, then return to Diablo 3, we didn't finish that one. But we will go back to Diablo 3, we're having fun with it.
