Well, this is a matchup where I am NOT voting for Smash. I'm not trying to be epic or anything, but Smash is a game that lives on hype. Hype that comes from people whom grew up with Nintendo. Which is pretty much everyone in case of my generation.
But do I just wake up in the morning and be like "Yo, I'm gonna play Smash randomly."?
For me, the answer is no. None of the Smash games are actually in my top 100 games of all time. Smash is not a game I just decide to play. It's a game I play to easily regroup my friends for a gaming night. That's what Smash is. An easy excuse to play a game with local multiplayer. Which is rare today.
But at the end of the day, if I have to choose a game to play and replay, I'll lean to solo experiences instead of just playing Smash alone.
Therefore, I am voting for Lost Planet, because the first two games are games I still have fun replaying by choice.
I did play Classic a lot in Smash 64 days, but now, I play Classic/Adventure when the game comes out and kinda never return to them afterwards, only playing Smash when I'm doing a gaming night with my friends.
