Aiden follows Una's lead by throwing coins and other various items near him.

Zen will try to keep the slime from getting closer to the party, using his magic. And if they have a free hand use it to throw coins at the slime.

You scavenge what you can from the burnt mimic while the others throw coins at the slime. You pull out a battleaxe with mysterious runes engraved in it. Must be whatever's left of some poor adventurer the mimic ate.
Everyone
You gather what few gold coins are scattered about the room and start pelting the slime with it. Each time you throw one at the slime it makes a small bloop sound and floats inside of its body. Zen attempts to pull the slime back with his magic again, but it seems the same trick won't work twice. The slime pulls back on the sticky magic harder and absorbs the pink substance inside of itself, dissolving it. You all notice the golden slime is flashing red.

Dea follows the rest if the team in throwing coins into the slime. "Flashing red it never a good sign. That is usually followed by an explosion."

After picking up the battleaxe, he backs out of the room and hands it to Arthur. "You can wield this better than I could."

Taking the axe he contemplates hitting the slime, but decides against it, unsure if the runes would provide any protection to the acid.
"Anyone have any other idea, or is it just me who wants the dragon to fight it?"

Everyone
You ditch the room, hoping the slime might follow you to the dragon.
As soon as you all leave, you hear a loud pop followed by splashing sounds and sizzling acid. You look behind you. Seems the slime exploded...? Wait...
The acid puddles all over the walls and floor are starting to move. It split into hundreds of smaller acid slimes! And they're way faster! Your party starts running down the hall, hotly pursued by the slime horde.
You make it to the hallway fork with little time to decide on a new direction to move in. These slimes are a lot faster. The blue woman says what you can only imagine are foreign swears as you run down the halls.
It looks like you can run back to the dead end you entered from, head down toward the shopkeeper, or head down the skull path with rattling chains.

Una will share her thought while still running.
"Listen. We lack inforrrmation.
If the drrragon attacks those slimes with a big enough strrrike to kill them all, we'll be caught in the attack too. If the drrragon and slimes don't attack each other, we'rrre sandwiched and we die.
If the merchant has a solution, we'rrre saved. If he doesn't, we'rrre dead.
We could jump to a chain and hope the slimes only see thrrrough trrremor sense, but we don't know that. They might not be blind.
We have no guarrranteed chance of surrrvival. Sorrrry, but I am out."
Una will run to the exit.

Dea pulls the pouch that reads ‘open in case of emergency’ out of her inventory as she runs. “I think this warrants as an emergency.” She opens the pouch.

Everyone
You start to move toward the exit as Dea reaches for her bag. Whatever she happens to pull from it emits a bright, white light, blinding you all.
When the light subsides, you all see a bird-man with black feathers standing before you. He wears red samurai armor and appears to be partially transparent. His entire body has a greenish glow to it as if he were a ghost.
He reaches for his blade, disappearing in a flash. You see a flurry of strikes as the many slimes around you pop and fizzle away. He reappears behind where the slime horde once was and you all feel a powerful gust of wind blow through the tunnel. The bird sheathes his blade and turns to Dea, giving her a salute with two fingers before diappearing.
...What the heck was that???
Regardless, it seems that your enemies have been defeated for now. Perhaps Dea has some abilities even she doesn't know about. Coins and treasure are scattered about the room. You each gather up what you can, splitting the coins amongst one another.
Everyone receives 50 Gold Coins.
With all the commotion dying down, Dea finally notices what it is that she actually pulled out of the bag. In her hand is a small ring with a green gemstone set in it. The name "Camyo" is engraved into it. If this has any power to repeat what it did here, you'll definitely want to hold onto it.
Still standing in the dungeon, you're once again presented with the decision of which path to walk. The skull path, Jackal's Shop, the vault, or the dead end you entered the floor from.
