Sake City... A sprawling economical paradise with an unusual concentration of superpowered individual. Many people are interested in going to this place, which is actually an island and make a life there... Some of them are villains. You. You have been a negative impact on Sake City before. You were always stopped. But now, this will change. This is the story where the villains win!
Name: (You can either pick a real name, pick a villain name or do both) Gender: (Self-explanatory) Classification: (https://vitcon.boards.net/thread/2739/important-terms) Powers: (Describe the powers of your character) Description: (What does your character look like? You are free to describe them with and/or without their costume, if any.) Nemesis: (Pick a hero of the hero compendium or use the "Build a Nemesis topic") Number of henchmen: (How many henchmen do you have? You can have 0 to 3 henchmen. Henchmen are characters whom work for you, but are big deals for your character. Use the "Build a henchman" topic to create your henchmen) Minions: (Do you have minions and what are they? Minions are an undefined number of individuals or creatures who do your bidding, but none of them are characters.) Base location: (Where do you scheme your evil plans? You can pick from the locations list or create your own location) Goals: (What is your character's goals towards Sake City?) Group: (If you have henchmen and minions, what is the name of your group? Ignore this if you have no henchman and no minions.) Plot Armor Breaker: (You could never beat the heroes before, what changed to make it so the heroes losing is now a possibility?) Backstory: (Optional. Who is your character and why are they a villain?) Reputation: (Is your character known by the media and population or are their existence unknown outside the hero world?)

Name: Fae La Night
Gender: No human analogue but usually referred to as female.
Classification: Alien
Powers: Refraction and light manipulation and recoloration, limited flight (still not used to Earth's atmosphere); power level varies widely with light level from significant threat (outside at high noon) to moderate annoyance (night with lights on) to barely stronger than a normal human (complete darkness)
Description: Fae La Night's true form is a vaguely humanoid creature with obsidian-black skin and eyes and large, translucent, butterfly-esque purple wings. A few things make her distinctly non-human. Too few fingers, an impossibly thin torso, and an extra, reversed joint in her too-long legs. During the day she usually bends the light around her to appear as a normal human, usually a mild-mannered aide.
Fighting style: Fae La Night prefers to fight from a distance, focusing beams of light into narrow, burning rays like a magnifying glass, but she also sometimes creates hologram-like projections of light to confuse people. Physically she's only slightly more powerful than an average human, mostly due to her size. She can't fly high or far or fast enough to avoid most attacks.
Nemesis: Karka (it's complicated)
Number of henchmen: 3: Nevernever, Stalker, The Snail
Minions: Fae La Night has taken command of a group of other former servants of Dirt Eater.
Base location: City Hall (usually the 2nd floor break room).
Goals: Fae La Night no longer has any goals and simply exists to sew chaos. Or gather fun toys to play with.
Group: Blimp Force Fan Club
Plot Armor Breaker: Fae La Night is no longer bound to Dirt Eater and is now free to use her power as she wants. She also no longer really cares about defeating the heroes or dominating the world or whatever.
Backstory: Like Karka, Fae La Night's planet was devoured by Dirt Eater. Unlike Karka, she chose to side with Dirt Eater. She was part of a small group of aliens often sent ahead to planets to scout for any potential defenses. Upon arriving on Earth, the team split up, disguised themselves (in that order, it caused quite a stir), and integrated into society to observe. Fae La Night secured a job working in the mayor's office and from her position was able to find out quite a bit about the Earth heroes, who she found fascinating. When Dirt Eater arrived, she simply "forgot" to warn it about all of Earth's defenses.
Reputation: Fae La Night can be a divisive subject. Most people consider her a non-issue, at worst a mild annoyance, especially when compared to other, more intimidating villains. A few people are convinced she's merely hiding her real intentions and all her mischief-making is in service of some greater, more dastardly scheme. She even has a few fans that think she's an amusing distraction.

Name: Yohannes, but goes by Yohan Villain Name: Xelderror Gender: Identifies as male most of the the time, but isn't picky Classification: Cosmic Entity Powers: The full extent of Yohan's powers are unknown. Some of the more notable and well known ones are: Static Whispers of Eternity: Can haunt minds with noise. Usually does static or an annoyingly catchy pop song, but in more seriois occasions it's horrific whispers of the damned or lost, dark languages. Absorption: Can absorb others into himself through physical contact. Usually gains some level of their skills/knowledge/power. He doesnt use this anymore because of personal reasons... He can also take on the physical appearance of those absorbed. True Form: None have seen the full of this form and lived, and he never fully transforms. However, he often will transform parts of himself intead, such as his hands becoming tentacles, or tendrils coming from his chest. He also uses this defensively, such as an enemy striking his head, he splits his head apart s tentacles and reforms it. Eternal Existence: Doesn't age. Also rather difficult to kill. Not impossible, though. Description:Yohan has a few defaults. His main one is a slightly older, high 30s, man with dirty blonde hair. He always wears a black suit with different accent colors depending on the occasion. This is typically his form when fighting as well. Flight.
His more civilian form is a black haired, slender latino guy in his 20s. He wears more casual clothes in this one: grey hoodie, t-shirts, occasionally a polo. Usually with joggers, jeans, or slacks to match. Outfit coordination is important you know.
Fighting style: Yohan mostly fights defensively. He often carries a reinforced cane with him. It doesn't have any fancy tricks though. He is proficient in tavern brawling, swordplay, and gymnastics though.
Nemesis: Maro Ji/The Mayor Number of henchmen: 2 Minions: Yohan has no interest in cannon fodder anymore. In his experience, they're not particularly interesting or fun to have around. Base location:Seaside Cliffs (or maybe an original one) Goals: Wreak a little havoc here and there. Indoctrinate the youth against the system. Maybe become an elected official? Generally fuck with the heroes. Group: Hollow Horrors Plot Armor Breaker: The heroes crossed a line. They pissed Yohan off. Not eniugh for him to murder them all with a snap of his finfers, hut enough that he's going from cartoon villain to somewhat malicious villain. He'll still make things entertaining of course, but less punch pulling now. Backstory: Yohan was "born" at the far reaches of the universe. Far past where humanity's awareness reaches. One moment he was just there, existing. He had some basic knowledge of his own language, was persuaded by the whispers to do their bidding. He took over a few countries on a few planets, ruled for a while, killed some millions of people. He was dethroned a few times, but eventually he grew bored of the whole thing. He tried his hand at heroism for a bit, but it too was boring. So he became a villain of a rather cartoonish nature. Where was the fun in overwhelming and conquering people with his well of strength? No, it's far more fun struggling and clashing with the idelistic sorts. It's simply thrilling. Reputation: Yohan isn't very well known among the populace, by choice. He's made sure the heroes are aware of him tho.

He possesses glowing red eyes and carries Fellwulf Axe. Which is a double sided onehanded Waraxe. He is technically an undead creature

Goals: Complete Anarchy
Group: The Forbidden Ones
Plot Armor Breaker: Fellwulf itself is quite a plot armor breaker on its own. The axe has been bathed in the blood of ancient heroes in the past. Which grants its plot armor breaking abilities.
Backstory: Oblivion was once a 16th century Knight inhabiting the lands that Sake City now currently stands. He was known as Sir Oliver Weaverson. Noble, Kind, and Brave. He was a Hero for the land. However everything changed when a Evil Wizard appeared. Oliver defended the kingdom from the Wizard, However the crafty wizard tricked the Knight into striking down his loved ones and Brainwashing him into the side of Evil. However the dark Knight was stopped by a new foe. The Kingdom Fool, Timothy Poff, the Fool was quite the Magical Trickster and prevented the Knight from destroying the Kingdom. However the Wizard has discovered the Cursed Axe of Fellwulf and gave it to his new servant. However this backfired as the Axe turned the Brainwashed Knight into an Immortal Undead Monster. Now unable to see the concepts of Good and Evil the Dark Knight struck down the Wizard. He would have destroyed the entire land if Timothy Poff didn't pull a trick of his own. He gathered the best wizards in the land to seal the Dark Knight away. Eventually tales of the Dark Knight faded into fairy tales and myths, and eventually forgotten.
Cut to today and an Evil occult Attempted to Summon a Demon... What they summoned instead was Arguably worse as the Dark Knight, now free from his seal, Slaughtered the entire Cult. Now weak from his Seal Oblivion sits and waits in this Crypt. Gathering his powers. However run ins with the Descendant of the Fool who opposed him in the far past, Tom Poff, prevented his powers from fully returning. Perhaps one day his powers will completely return and become a World ending threat.
Reputation: Oblivion himself is Fairly unknown. However the Mini-Reapers are common and Know. As they go to the surface for supplies... However nobody outside the sewers knows where the Reapers come from.

Are reapers capable of speech or are they more simply wild monsters?
