---Blimp Force Fan Club---
Name: Fae La Night
Gender: No human analogue but usually referred to as female.
Classification: Alien
Powers: Refraction and light manipulation and recoloration, limited flight (still not used to Earth's atmosphere); power level varies widely with light level from significant threat (outside at high noon) to moderate annoyance (night with lights on) to barely stronger than a normal human (complete darkness)
Description: Fae La Night's true form is a vaguely humanoid creature with obsidian-black skin and eyes and large, translucent, butterfly-esque purple wings. A few things make her distinctly non-human. Too few fingers, an impossibly thin torso, and an extra, reversed joint in her too-long legs. During the day she usually bends the light around her to appear as a normal human, usually a mild-mannered aide.
Fighting style: Fae La Night prefers to fight from a distance, focusing beams of light into narrow, burning rays like a magnifying glass, but she also sometimes creates hologram-like projections of light to confuse people. Physically she's only slightly more powerful than an average human, mostly due to her size. She can't fly high or far or fast enough to avoid most attacks.
Nemesis: Karka (it's complicated)
Number of henchmen: 3: Nevernever, Stalker, The Snail
Minions: Fae La Night has taken command of a group of other former servants of Dirt Eater.
Base location: City Hall (usually the 2nd floor break room).
Goals: Fae La Night no longer has any goals and simply exists to sew chaos. Or gather fun toys to play with.
Group: Blimp Force Fan Club
Plot Armor Breaker: Fae La Night is no longer bound to Dirt Eater and is now free to use her power as she wants. She also no longer really cares about defeating the heroes or dominating the world or whatever.
Backstory: Like Karka, Fae La Night's planet was devoured by Dirt Eater. Unlike Karka, she chose to side with Dirt Eater. She was part of a small group of aliens often sent ahead to planets to scout for any potential defenses. Upon arriving on Earth, the team split up, disguised themselves (in that order, it caused quite a stir), and integrated into society to observe. Fae La Night secured a job working in the mayor's office and from her position was able to find out quite a bit about the Earth heroes, who she found fascinating. When Dirt Eater arrived, she simply "forgot" to warn it about all of Earth's defenses.
Reputation: Fae La Night can be a divisive subject. Most people consider her a non-issue, at worst a mild annoyance, especially when compared to other, more intimidating villains. A few people are convinced she's merely hiding her real intentions and all her mischief-making is in service of some greater, more dastardly scheme. She even has a few fans that think she's an amusing distraction.
Name: Nevernever
Gender: No
Classification: Cosmic Entity
Powers: Size manipulation, flight
Description: A creature very similar in appearance to Fae La Night, but with humanoid legs, pale skin, long and pointed ears, much smaller, and with a third arm sprouting from its stomach. Usually wears what looks like a rainbow-colored leotard with a hole for the stomach-arm.
Fighting style: Usually makes itself smaller or larger to avoid attacks or hit harder
Backstory: Nevernever was another member of Dirt Eater's scouting group under Fae's direct command. When Fae La Night kinda sorta betrayed Dirt Eater, it was unhappy about the situation but got kowtowed into going along with it. Now Nevernever frequently attempts to betray Fae and take over her position as leader of the Blimp Force Fan Club, not because it dislikes Fae or even really wants to be a leader, but just for fun.
Name: Night Stalker
Gender: Female
Classification: Artifact User - Switchblade
Powers: Short-range teleportation, enhanced stabbing force
Description: A short, young woman with short red hair that dresses in all black, all the time, other than her silver belt.
Fighting style: Nothing personnel... kid...
Backstory: A young woman with no family that was struggling to get by. Shortly after the Dirt Eater incident, Fae bumped into her when she finally snapped, tried to rob a convenience store (that Fae had plans for), and got arrested by the Sake Teens. Fae decided to help her escape and take her into the Fan Club. Doesn't talk much.
Name: The Snail
Gender: Male
Classification: Metahuman
Powers: Has the ability to go really, really fast for a brief period, but then ends up moving equally slow for just as long or vice-versa.
Description: A chubby, balding, middle-aged man that dresses in a business suit.
Fighting style: Tends to move a bit slowly so he can move a bit faster at a moment's notice. As a last-ditch effort can move incredibly fast but is otherwise not much stronger than a normal human.
Backstory: Daniel B. Hayes was a normal human before an encounter with one of Dirt Eater's troops caused him to take on its powers. Fae La Night convinced him that naturally, that means he is now one of his followers and therefore under her command. Sick of his dead-end job in middle management, he didn't fight against it too much. Constantly confused as to what exactly Fae's long-term plans are and the only real voice of reason in the Blimp Force Fan Club.
