Name: Yohannes, but goes by Yohan
Villain Name: Xelderror
Gender: Identifies as male most of the the time, but isn't picky
Classification: Cosmic Entity
Powers: The full extent of Yohan's powers are unknown. Some of the more notable and well known ones are:
Static Whispers of Eternity: Can haunt minds with noise. Usually does static or an annoyingly catchy pop song, but in more seriois occasions it's horrific whispers of the damned or lost, dark languages.
Absorption: Can absorb others into himself through physical contact. Usually gains some level of their skills/knowledge/power. He doesnt use this anymore because of personal reasons... He can also take on the physical appearance of those absorbed.
True Form: None have seen the full of this form and lived, and he never fully transforms. However, he often will transform parts of himself intead, such as his hands becoming tentacles, or tendrils coming from his chest. He also uses this defensively, such as an enemy striking his head, he splits his head apart s tentacles and reforms it.
Eternal Existence: Doesn't age. Also rather difficult to kill. Not impossible, though.
Description:Yohan has a few defaults. His main one is a slightly older, high 30s, man with dirty blonde hair. He always wears a black suit with different accent colors depending on the occasion. This is typically his form when fighting as well.
Flight.
His more civilian form is a black haired, slender latino guy in his 20s. He wears more casual clothes in this one: grey hoodie, t-shirts, occasionally a polo. Usually with joggers, jeans, or slacks to match. Outfit coordination is important you know.
Fighting style: Yohan mostly fights defensively. He often carries a reinforced cane with him. It doesn't have any fancy tricks though. He is proficient in tavern brawling, swordplay, and gymnastics though.
Nemesis: Maro Ji/The Mayor
Number of henchmen: 2
Minions: Yohan has no interest in cannon fodder anymore. In his experience, they're not particularly interesting or fun to have around.
Base location:Seaside Cliffs (or maybe an original one)
Goals: Wreak a little havoc here and there. Indoctrinate the youth against the system. Maybe become an elected official? Generally fuck with the heroes.
Group: Hollow Horrors
Plot Armor Breaker: The heroes crossed a line. They pissed Yohan off. Not eniugh for him to murder them all with a snap of his finfers, hut enough that he's going from cartoon villain to somewhat malicious villain. He'll still make things entertaining of course, but less punch pulling now.
Backstory:
Yohan was "born" at the far reaches of the universe. Far past where humanity's awareness reaches. One moment he was just there, existing. He had some basic knowledge of his own language, was persuaded by the whispers to do their bidding. He took over a few countries on a few planets, ruled for a while, killed some millions of people. He was dethroned a few times, but eventually he grew bored of the whole thing. He tried his hand at heroism for a bit, but it too was boring. So he became a villain of a rather cartoonish nature. Where was the fun in overwhelming and conquering people with his well of strength? No, it's far more fun struggling and clashing with the idelistic sorts. It's simply thrilling.
Reputation: Yohan isn't very well known among the populace, by choice. He's made sure the heroes are aware of him tho.

Name: Doom Jockey(Ozscar Y.)
Gender: Male
Classification: Metahuman/Artifact User
Powers: WiFi: Ozscar is exceptionally smart, so much so that he modified his own brain, with a bit of help from Yohan, to be like a computer. He can surf the web with his miiiiiind. This does give him some immunity to psychic attacks as well.
Razor Records: Custom made vinyl discs that are reinforced and pretty difficult to break. The edges are razor sharp.
Bubble Trouble: Oz has a habit of chewing gum, so Yohan suggested he make it into a battle strategy. So he did! Oz chews special bubble gum that makes huge bubbles and that does different stuff depending on the flavor. Red Bubbles burst in an small explosion. Green bubbles are acidic. Yellow bubbles send out an electric shock. Blue are icey and freeze whatever they touches. Pink bubbles are classic and suuuuper sticky!
Description: Oz is a Black young man in his mid 20s, with bright pink hair. He tends to wear overly large hoodies in bright colors, and darker, ripped jeans to contrast.
Fighting style: Oz, under Yohan's orders, never attacks first. However, after the fights start, Oz will use his records to slash at opponents and his gum to distract them. He eill scan the web for possible weak points while holding them off.
Backstory:Oz came from a rough family life and lots of depression. He worked at and managed an Arcade for a while, but all good things must come to an end. He was doing some nonviolent cybercrimes and hacked into Yohan's PC. Yohan took interest in him. After some reluctance, Oz agreed to be Yohan's primary tech support and cyber specialist.

Name:The Wraith (Hildegaard "Hilde")
Gender: Female
Classification: Human(?)/Demon/Angel
Powers:Endurance.
Fast reflexes.
Super strength.
Ceiling crawling.
Howling Screech: Unleashes an unholy sound that can shatter solid materials. Can fine tune the frequency.
Cleansing Strike:Imbues body with a holy energy that hurts foes upon impact.
Infinite Maul: Becomes immobile and ethereal. A sight that no one's gaze can resist. Engrossed by the visage, consumed by it. No one can describe whether they're peering into heaven, hell, or something else entirely. Has been forbidden to use it without Yohan's go ahead.
Description: Yohan's most loyal henchman. She doesn't have much to say for herself. She speaks mostly when spoken to. She acts as a sort of maid most of the time, even when heroes come knocking. Only when Yohan instructs her does she do battle. And she is quite ferocious when she does.
She's an old bat with shriveled brown skin and white hair. She wears old lady dresses throigh and through, bur occasionally dawns loteral maid outfits.
Fighting style:She's agile, and very offensive when in combat. She attacks with her fists and feet mostly. She'll occasionally uses her Howling Screech, but mostly avoids using powers besides those.
She mostly sticks to her fist.
Backstory: Quite a mysterious one, with no one quite knowing where she came from or how old she is, or even what she is. Yohan refers to her as a mortal as he does with any other humam, but she's definitely lived more than the normal human lifetime. Her powers are strange and unique, some say possibly rivaling Yohan's, yet she's completely subservient and loyal to his word. Her general disposition is nice and friendly like that of a nice grandmother. She doesn't interact with the outside world much or anyone aside from Yohan.

Name: Whiskyers (Jeffrey Olson)
Gender: Male
Classification: Human 
Powers: None. Expert in any form of stealth.
Description: A bald man with a strong grey beard, he is around 40 years old. Definitely physically fit, he wears clothes ressembling The Mayor's, simply to taunt him.
Fighting style: Usually relies on his henchmen, running away when in trouble.
Backstory: A man who fancies himself the kingpin of the smugglers. Not only did he create the guild whom sells alcohol not supposed to be found in Sake City, but he also seems to have a lot of fun bringing unknown creatures onto the island. He sometimes gets caught, but his lawyers always find a loophole to let him go.

Name: Orange Gin (Jinny Minnie)
Gender: Female
Classification: Metahuman
Powers: Can connect with someone through eye contact. A "connected' person will take all of the effects of something Orange Gin ingests instead of her.
Description: She seems to be a master of disguise, always changing clothes, yet always trying to look seductive. 
Fighting style: Basic knowledge of knives and basic firearms.
Backstory: Completely unknown. Actually, Jinny Minnie is her last known name, as she changed identity multiple times.

Name: Typsy Tonic (Enrique Hank)
Gender: Male
Classification: Mutant
Powers: His body generates special pheromones that makes people dizzier and dizzier as they spend time around him.
Description: Wears the ugliest, brightest green and yellow ninja outfit you can imagine.
Fighting style: Was seemingly trained in the ways of assassination by ninjas and is therfore a specialist of kunais and poisons.
Backstory: Only a rookie when he joined a group of evil mexican ninjas, Typsy managed to flee his country and decided to go hide in Sake City, where he was recruited by the Smugglers' guild.
