---"Story"---
King Dedede left Pop Star with Kirby to fight another cosmic threat. As loyal subjects (by which we mean people whom didn't even know Dreamland had a king), King Dedede as chosen you to be part of the group whom will act as Kings when he is gone. Your responsibilities are... completely unclear. You were only told you are part of the "Interim Kings", whatever this means.
---Rules---
1.You can play as any race or character from the Kirby universe or even a totally original character whom you think fits the Kirby universe. The only thing you cannot sign up as is Pink Kirby and King Dedede.
2.This game follows 2 sets of rules: Shenanigans and Combat.
3.Every entity in Dreamland follows the Shenanigans rules by default. In those rules, there are no rules. You can do anything you want as long as it follows the rules of the abilities your character has, but it doesn't have to follow any power limit. For example, if you have teleportation, you can teleport anywhere on Pop Star with no limit. If you have fire abilities, you can set an entire house on fire if you want. In Shenanigan mode, nobody can get hurt and there are no stakes... Technically.
4.Certain people or entities might cause problems and you might wanna solve these problems permanently. In this case, you can enter Combat mode. In this mode, everyone involved can now get hurt and the power limit of your character is equal to what we would see in Kirby games. In Combat mode, you have to define the stakes, which will be examplified in another section.
5.Other than the Shenanigan VS Combat mode, there are no other rules as soon as the GM has your character started. You can create locations and the GM will add them to The Adventure's board. You can create situations and NPCs and the GM will add them to the story. Anything goes, the goal of this game is to be chaotic and funny.
6.There will be a Vitcoin shop for side modes with ambiguous canonicity.
---Example of stakes---
Stakes need to be more or less equivalent for both sides. In these examples, your character would be fighting Kirby:
*Low Stakes*
Players win: Kirby accepts to stop whatever he was doing
Players lose: The issue continues and the players are blamed for it
*High stakes*
Players win: Kirby leaves the town for a significant amount of time
Players lose: The player characters are now permanently scared of vaccuum noises
*Extreme stakes*
Players win: Kirby cannot reappear in the story after this fight
Players lose: A player character dies and the player needs to sign up a new character
---Sign-up---
There are no rules, what does YOUR sign-up looks like?
