I'd like to be a character from my made up Paper Mario game. Can I do that? She's sort of like a mix between Merlin and Vivian and looks similar to black mage from Final Fantasy. Basically, she's a powerful mage and fortune teller. She wears a large, dark blue hat that covers her face in its shadow so all you can see are her glowing, yellow eyes. She also wears a dark blue robe, covering up the rest of her body with glowing stars on it. Her hands look like they float out in front of her while you can't see her feet. She will often cast spells to attack by either snapping her fingers or putting her hands together and focusing energy. People aren't quite sure if she's some sort of ghost or a person with mystical powers, but her fortunes are normally very accurate. Her special ability gives her ally hints when they're stuck on a difficult puzzle or don't know where to go. Oh, and her name is Mystic. Would this character be okay or would I need a different one?

Depends on what you suggest is her starting basic attack :P Probably something similar to Vivian's Fiery Jinx. Just a basic move where she snaps her fingers and zaps an opponent with electricity or freezes them. |

Wait, Magikoopas aren't available? I kind of had a specific character from the last game... His basic attack was a non-elemental weak spell shot (the traditional Magikoopa projectile), and I also had a whole set of special attacks planned for him ranging from elemental attacks to the powerful late game Block Crush.

I made my toad character but what about those cloud people from RPG, you know, like Mallow, also, Bob-ombs don't have explosion as their starting attack? That's all they can do!

Body Slam is usually their basic attack in Mario RPGs.
