I don't know much about this leader I am sending this message to, but someone I know had asked me to ask for their kidnapped friends back? Your ideas are great, but we don't think it would work against the rebels and bandits...
Maybe those Mobsters would want to become a company, but anything we will say will result into a revolt from the rebels and bandits, even if it's actually what everyone else wants. The rebels seem to have disappeared though.
If you can manage to capture Mox or convince him to become a company. We will set your ideas into motion and you will be greatly rewarded.
