(Okay, so I won't go into a large description of the whole ship, because I want your character to see only what he wants to see. Here are a few objectives. Everyone picks one and I'll tell you what you see according to what you picked.)
-Meet the captain
-Go to the top of the mast and see if there's any land
-Take control of the ship
-Go back inside, just in case you missed something

Mystic looks in the distance, and gets an eye contact with the Navigator. There's a few Sailor and Pirate Guys cleaning planks with woods. There's also swords on the grounds.
---Torm---
Torm spots the captain cabin. It's easy to see, since it's the only door. There's some barrels scattered around. They roll as the ship moves.
---Kameron---
Kameron will have to climb the Mast... Or fly to the top. The mast is spinning as the navigator turns though, so flying could result in severe fall damage.
---Bill---
Rooms to go back to:
-Barrel room
-Secret room
-Torm and Glomglom's cell
-Bill and Kameron's cell
-Mystic and E Gadd's cell
-Toadson and Bruno's cell

They just ignore her and continue brooming (is that a word?)
