I need characters that have actually had time to develop. Cyber Knights characters haven't done enough to make a moveset for.

That's a really nice moveset. I like how it stays faithful to my fighting style with him of relentlessly attacking mostly with the Lance but occasionally using the Hammer, and when things look serious using Makeshift Shield and crouching under it for dear life.
