Now, I have a proposition. I need you to apologize to the armies that you have attacked and try to make peace with them in any ways possible. Maybe you should make fake government changes. Then you need to establish a law saying that armies are like companies, and that they can sell stock to people. Then people could become share holders. Now, here is the big part. Have one disquised official invest greatly in all of the traitor armies, and purposely use your stock power to purposely destroy the rebel armies. If the rebel teams do not agree with this, they will be large lawbreakers. Now, if you present this case to other, foureign countries and act like you have been destroyed, you will get support to crush the rebel armies and other armies that seem to be rebels. We are simply defending our lands, so you don't have a reason to attack us. Now, this is just an idea, but if you do this, I'm sure that the benefits would be quite amazing.
