(Well, considering I already have magic AND you posted first, go ahead ;
But in character first!)
Malefio: "Wait a second... We don't know what that is. I think my Snail Waiter can analyze it just to be sure it's safe..."
Malefio summons the Snail Waiter to analyze the crystal.

Heroes
The Snail Waiter walks up to the crystal, but as it reaches the center of the room, all areas around it have the floor dropped out! Everyone but the Snail Waiter starts to fall down into the darkness below as clouds form around above them. You can hear the screech of a bird as you fall. Better think of something fast before you hit the bottom of this chasm.

Chaos Control over to Malefio, then grab him and warp up to the clouds.

Malefio summons King Boo and Count Bleck (They can both float) to catch Lupis, Frazga (and the Snail Waiter if possible) and bring them back up.

Heroes
Count Bleck and King Boo appear to save you as you fall, picking you up and flying you back to the top of the pillar in the middle of the room where the crystal is. Clouds swirl around and an electrical bird caws at you. It seems you'll have to defeat this opponent to clear the trial.

(I have too many Characters as items, so I'll just use the two which are out right now.)
Malefio: "We don't have to kill it, if we manage to put it in King Boo's illusion!"
King Boo will open a portal as Frazga throws Count Bleck at the bird, using momentum to grab the enemy.
Malefio will standby and create an ice wall in front of the first person the bird will attack.

If the bird can't be sealed away, teleport above it with the Hard Core sword out and drop down on it in a Braver like motion. Meanwhile, send Xerneas and Gogo out with them both using Geomancy.

(Yep. I also haven't updated most of the day because I've been lazy and doing some development on my new game too.)

Heroes
King Boo attempts to seal away the giant bird, but it zaps him with electricity and flies away. Fuzz drops down on the bird, using the Hard Core Sword to damage it before teleporting back on the platform. Both Xerneas and Gogo are summoned to use Geomancy, but even with the stat boosts, fighting could be hard. Especially with Xerneas taking up so much platform space...

Bleck will use super speed to hit the bird with his cane. (He's pretty fast in SPM)
King Boo will shoot needles from his mustache.
Frazga will cause a blizzard so Malefio can use spikes as suppressing fire.

Teleport on top of Xerneas to free up some room. Xerneas will first use Light Screen to keep us safe from Lightning attacks, then it will do what it does best: demolish its enemies with a STAB, +2 Sp. Atk, Fairy Aura boosted Moonblast. Naturally, Gogo will mimic it.

Btw, I think I'm going to make this attack a permanent part of my repertoire since it does a good job of using the weapon's weight to actually speed up the attack and hit harder rather than just slow it down. I'm going to call it Warp Braver.
