While the two of you talk, both of your spheres start to glow. Huh? There's something extremely loud coming in from the forest and shaking the ground! You both jump out of the way as a tank comes in, blasting away! There are two other tanks that come in as well! The helicopter from above starts to drop Phlerbs down! The Kokiri Village is under attack! Where did all of these Phlerbs come from!?

Mr. Fuzz takes out the Aqua Blade in one hand and the Cactaur Plush in the other, sending out Xerneas, Poliwag, and Poliwhirl. Xerneas begins powering up with Geomancy. Poliwhirl, and Mr. Fuzz keep the Phlerbs busy with various attacks such as Hydro Pump and sword slashes while Poliwag tries to use Hypnosis to put the people in the tanks to sleep. Lupis covers Xerneas, using Makeshift Shield to block any mortars fired from the tanks. If Xerneas can get a Geomancy up it should have no problem against those tanks.

Rock folds his arms and thinks on it. He doesn't seem very convinced on it. Since he doesn't fight a lot, he doesn't really need a Basic Snail. Maybe if you throw something else in he'll take it.

TGC and Mr. Fuzz
You jump into action, fighting nearby Phlerbs with the Aqua Blade and Fire magic. Poliwhirl helps as well, using punches and water blasts. You both mainly stick to ranged attacks, seeing as the Phlerbs carry guns and you need to take them out as fast as possible. Lupis creates a shield quickly using wood and leaves, giving you all some cover from the gunfire. Poliwag sneaks around into one of the tanks and uses Hypnosis to put all the Phlerbs inside asleep! Xerneas Then manages to pull off Geomancy with protection from the shield and powerful waves of energy increase the stats of your entire team. With a single Moonblast, Xerneas takes out an entire tank. The shield is quickly destroyed, however, as the Phlerbs start tossing bombs down. They also attempt to toss down deadly gases, but Xerneas blows the flying vehicles out of the sky before they can.

Roughly how many Phlerbs are left? I want to know if I should pick the stragglers off quickly or focus on AoEs.

I CALL BS!
First of all, SERIOUSLY? A WOOD SHIELD WITH LEAVES PROTECTED AGAINST GUN FIRE? HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? Also, HOW DO YOU SNEAK AROUND A TANK WITH A LOT OF INFANTRY GUARDING IT!?!? Even then, I don't think physic waves could go through metal. Also, a POKEMON did TWO MOVES in one turn! That's impossible! Also, there are no flying vehicles, the Phlerb's tossed the gas down at the enemies while they were parachuting.
Also, I don't think a moonblast could take out a Panzer, the highest end of tanks. Tackle has a power of 50. Moonblast has a power of 95. Mooblast is not even twice as powerful as ramming into someone. I would understand a moonblast taking out a tank if it was the only move executed by Xerneas, but he/she has more than one move.
Finally, YOU MADE A NATURAL DISASTER HAPPEN IN MY PRODUCTION CENTER FOR NO REASON AT ALL!
Just, you are like an anime or the Star Wars franchise. You give unfair advantages to the magical heroes, even though the opposition would have won in any other scenario.

Acutally, that natural disaster was caused by a certain Awkward. That idiot asked for his base to be Perfect Chaos. Also, you aren't supposed to look at this topic. Besides, I gotta play balance here. I can't let you wipe out two players already. It's way too early for that.

The only reason I looked at this topic is because how dumb the response was.
The natural disaster think could have happened to an unaffiliated town...
If you really wanted to balance it, have Phlerbville start off like post World War 1 Germany with poverty and no army whatsoever.
