But then you would be overpowered easily at the start. Everyone has pretty powerful items to be honest. I could have probably just used myself on you to take on your army, but that would probably be kind of like...not canon. I'm sorry if it seems super BS, but I simply can't let you kill off these two just yet. It's too early. You can hinder their progress, but it isn't any fun to start a game and then get killed at the beginning, is it? I hope you can understand why I may have been ever so slightly biased.

Oh, I also forgot to mention that during the fight, the God's Necklace suddenly disappeared from Lupis' neck.

Mr. Fuzz and Lupis commandeer the tank that Poliwag put the Phlerbs inside to sleep while Xerneas destroys the other one with Moonblast, then start opening fire at the Phlerbs with everything. Mortars, Moonblasts (too bad Xerneas doesn't learn any AoE moves), Mud Bombs from the Polis, the whole shebang.

I found an explanation for the inexplicable buff. My character has a Balance Patch. So I guess he used it?

Rock nods and trades you one Copycat Mushroom for the Trophy Stand Trophy. It seems he was only willing to sell one Copycat Mushroom since they're rare, but he also collects trophies. It's hard to get Trophy Stand Trophies with that jerk at the casino taking up all the trophies.

TGC and Mr. Fuzz
As you both fight off the Phlerbs, they start to retreat, Phlerbbing out of the Kokiri Village. Luckily, it seems the Kokiri were unharmed, but there are some destroyed houses. It was a lucky win. You've stolen one of the tanks, however. You can probably put it in the sphere and keep it for another time. It's then while you're both standing there, catching your breath, a Kokiri runs up to you. "Help! The Great Deku Tree! Something is wrong!"

Put the tank in my inventory along with the various Pokemon I used, quickly look to see if any of the dead Phlerbs have the God's Necklace (if they do, take it. It's not lootin if it belongs to you, right?), and then drag tgc's semi-comatose self to the Great Deku Tree to see what's wrong.

Anyways, you drag TGC along over to the Great Deku Tree with Saria following behind. Once you both reach the tree, it starts to speak. "TGC...Saria...I have been badly injured by those green creatures. I didn't plan on doing this so early, but here is your fairy." The Great Deku Tree opens his mouth as a fairy flies out of it over to TGC. "I will not last much longer...so I have to tell you this now. The Spheres you both hold are special. When they come near other Spheres...they flash. Whoever has all the Spheres will gain a great power. You must not let that power into the wrong hands...TGC...Saria...and the two from another world...please...keep...the spheres...safe........." The Deku Tree then turns a sickly gray color, drying up. It no longer seems to be living...
