Very small first raid! It's on the Dino Mechanis, because you know. They are in the desert xd
This is also to see how my troops stealth expertise will play out from the writer perspective!
I guess bloodmancer writes this?

Are you sure you want to do a stealth mission on the only ones with anti stealth gear?

Scan Goggles: Basic goggles that can be worn by any unit. When equipped, the goggles allow the user to quickly scan the area for enemies. When scanning a large enemy, it finds weak points in the enemy's armor or body to attack effectively. They also provide some eye protection against sandstorms or blizzards.
This? Damn -__-
Anyway, the bandits are targeting you because you are the nearest. They don't know you have that. It would be OOC to withdraw because you have that.
Also, your enemy must be in front of you to detect it right? Stealth is what the bandits does, so I think they would be able to go around that to an extent...
Anyway, this first raid will happen on you xd If it fails, then whatever.

I'm gonna feel bad for having to crush your army so early though. Ah well, I guess I should have expected it when I lived in the secret research lab next to you.

Here we go...
As Mox's bandits came towards the base, they wondered how this was going to work out. They and their orders, but they were a bit worried. They quickly split up into their designated squads. Moving towards the base stealthily.
At first, the bandits seemed to be doing well, but soon some of the groups heard fighting in the distance, the new that their some fellow Bandits had been caught by the scanning lizards, this, luckily provided enough distraction for 7 groups to make it too the resource storage.
The Bandits began to gather some gold up gold in their pockets and pouches, but their weren't any resource sin the storage to steal, and they were to few to carry them, anyway. They had filled their pockets and were ready to leave, but heard running from up ahead. There was a huge wave of mechanical creatures rushing at them! They had to run! Many tried to split up, and one group led the enemies away. they had lost half their men in the raid, but had gotten away with some gold to show for it. They could hear the distraction group getting ripped apart in the distance, but could not save them.
The bandits ran.
=====
"Damn Bandits!" Mech said, Biting the ragged bodies in rage. He was still waiting for a casualty report.
Losses:
Dino Mehanis: 10 Steves 5 Razor teeth 70 Gold
Crystal Bandits: 5 Assassins +WEapons 5 Thieves + weapons
Loot: Crystal Bandits: 70 gold.

They wouldn't have, if they had been surrounded, but they ran, and followed the plan the best they could.

They were supposed to be surrounded and even attacked by Mech. The idea was to let them in the resource room and since they were trapped, eliminate them. What's the explanation for their escape?

You didn't say that! I followed your plans down to the slightest detail. I wanted no confusion. Details like that are important. You simply said: Come at them in a huge wave and release the other creatures." While a not 100% accurate quote, it is what you said.
I am following your plans, exactly how you sent them. You said form the entrance, but I figured that since thieves are the masters of escape, they could get out. ((Also, I'm assuming there might be more than one entrance to the storage area, or it is not even in a building at all, As most warehouses and similar storage areas have multiple entrances, and nothing was specified in the rules for starting storage areas, so I'm just going off of what i know logically.))

You didn't follow any unit rules. My units are faster than his with anti stealth detection and were stationed throughout. They were easily able to eliminate the intruders and I had sent my captain after them. A hero class, 40 special units, and almost all my ordinary units ARE able to stop a small group of ordinaries. The fail percent is literally zero with their equipment versus mine and my unit amounts used. The bandits should all be dead.

Okay, here is what happened, if you are truly confused.
Bandits split into ten groups. Because you wanted most of your units to swarm the enemy when detected, you only swarmed the three groups that were caught, letting the other seven through. The bandits got in, and you swarmed them, they ran out, and split up again, most off them hid, but instead of splitting off into multiple groups, your units swarmed the one group out in the open, that they could easily find, as screech alarms were going off after that group, like you said. The other bandits got out while you were swarming that group which was also specified in his plans.
Malfeio's Plans logically trumped your's. Numbers and pure force don't always matter. What often matters the most is the plans. They is Always the most important determining factor in battle. Don't ask me to moderate the battle if you don't like me using plans the way they are meant to be used.
