Kitty and Joel are the first one to appear in the field this time... There's a giant cactus in the middle of the battlefield, hiding the other side of the battlefield.
Seems like the opponents won't be seen until the battle starts.
THE MASTER: "What strategy will the fighters come with this time?

NOW!!!"
You don't see your opponents, but they dont see you either. Seems like the battle has started though.

"Oh...? This is a little weird. Let's make use of our surroundings, guys!" Joel takes some of the giant cactus needles off the cactus and creates Spiked Armor with them. Any opponent to attack him directly will get a nice dose of needles stabbing into them! Kitty freezes the giant cactus over with her ice powers. The two will keep a defensive stance to dodge or block attacks otherwise. Just setting up for now.

Papyrus and Shulk appear in a new battlefield. Seems like a plain desert with a lot of cactuses everywhere that can be used as cover.
In the distance, a Munchlax and an Orange Pikmin appears.
Nectaron: "YOU WILL BOW BEFORE US AND LOSE!!!"
Snorx: "Me just here fun!"
THE MASTER: "Let's get this cooking!
3...
2...
1...
Go!"
As the battle starts, it seems that the Orange Pikmin receives a mech as equipment.

Ifrit and Shiva appear on the battlefield. It seems it's a bunch of dunes. Movement will be more difficult on this terrain.
On the other side, a giant eskimo snifit appears, as well as a Delibird.
THE MASTER: "HO! HO! HO!
It's christmas in the desert!
Let's celebrate this with fighting!"
The Delibird runs into the fray while Snifberg stays behind.

(Armour increases Physical and Either(Magic) defense for the entire party)
While Papyrus Will keep moving while throwing Bones of Multiple Kinds

Kitty freezes the cactus as she suddenly hear someone scream. She recognizes the voice from the town incident. It seems to come from the other side of the cactus.
Mox: "AAAAARRRRGGGG! WHO DID THAT?"
Popple shows up from behind the cactus, running towards Joel.
Popple: "Wait... I remember you even though I was corrupted! I'm not coming near you!"
Popple stops running and searches for something in his bag

(Yeah, Ifrit could solo this.
I won't make your life easy though, this way you won't have to finish in one turn and be stuck waiting for the others)
Delibird runs, then flies in the air to avoid the attack when he catches Ifrit casting.
Snifberg us hit by the Blizzaga but doesn't seem to care. He creates a spiked ice cube around himself and rolls around into battle.

Shulk casts Monado armor as Nectaron takes cover behind a cactus, throwing nectar bombs in a mortar fashion. The nectar bombs hit both Shulk and Papyrus, causing minor damage thanks to the shield. Meanwhile, Papyrus throws bones. The blue one passes through the cactuses and hit Nectaron.
Nectaron: "What? What is that! CHEATER!"
Nectaron is running towards Papyrus angrily while Snorx is... using a frying pan to cook a cactus?

Papyrus Throws a Wave of blue bones with some Orange bones following them
Shulk goes over to Snorx and Ask what is he making. Shulk is also on guard in case Snorx attacks
