Lupis tries to talk to Bahamut and convince it this isn't right, but it seems the dragon has complete devotion to Cheri. It's almost like they're connected. Sylvia and Mog both cast more offensive spells on A as he jumps out of the mech. The mech explodes and he launches metal nets using a special type of gun. It wraps around the distracted Lupis along with Sylvia. Yura carefully jumps over the net and Mog flies out of the way, dodging it easily. A then runs over to the knocked out Space, picking him up before trying to gather up the captured characters and run with them. Jessica chases after him along with Yura. Ashley, Keth, and Sci start to chase as well, but stop as a wall of shadow hands blocks them. Yura and Jessica continue to chase after A, but he scatters spikes behind him. The two can't progress, but throw their weapons into A. It seems to work effectively as he falls over and stops moving. Meanwhile, Balynka tries to cut the net, but it's made out of some sort of powerful metal linked together. Ana runs toward Balynka to help her, but is hit with one of the stone beams as The Engineer laughs evilly. Mike and Kaiz attack The Assassin with their strongest strength, but he seems unfazed entirely. "Fools." The shadow knives around him fly down into the both of them and pin them to the ground in pain. They can't move. Kick, Azure, and Reese all go up and attack the Dusk Tiger together, heavily damaging him. Everyone stops their fighting, however, as the light intensifies in the sky.

The adventurers try to convince Cheri to stop, but she barely responds to anyone, but Joey. "Quickly! Everyone out! We're evacuating immediately! We got all the citizens out!" Gray and Rumbles run in while yelling this and try to convince everyone to follow them out. Seeing no other choice, the adventurers all start running away from the town aside from a few. Ryze tries to hold back The Engineer as long as he can for the adventurers to evacuate along with Treblig and his pets. Ryze is turned to stone, but before The Engineer can hit anyone else, all of Treblig's pets start mashing his buttons, causing the mech to go crazy and become pretty much useless. Yura leaps over the spikes, running toward the knocked out A holding Lupis. While all of this is happening, Bahamut's countdown finishes.

COUNTDOWN 1...FIRE!

"NO! CHERI! DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AGAIN!" Everyone can hear a voice that sounds exactly like Meri's, but...that's not possible. Cheri hesitates a moment and this is reflected in Bahamut as he launches his attack, becoming slightly weaker before. Two giant balls of light are thrown downward by Bahamut before crashing together and creating a large explosion all around The Engineer. It's then Bahamut releases a giant light beam into the burst as it expands to cover all of Terran. The last thing to be seen before it was swallowed up was Yura desperately reaching out to Lupis as she runs toward him.

How long will we have to wait?

Until I can either have enough time to figure this all out via phone or I stop somewhere with wifi.

Kaze14 really wants to end this game because teenagers these days have no sense of dedication or responsibility. The future is full of Awkward's Mother RPGs where I always win.
