Balynka returns home with Sylvia's party in tow along with a very weak Tren and multiple statues of allies turned to stone during the Dark Lord fight.

I think most people here just went to sleep once they got home... (Well, everyone posted multiple times after Lupis reappeared, so I assumed no one would do anything... Sylvia is back now though, so Lupis should react to that xd) |

The group rushes Tren and the statues over to Sylvera quickly, asking how they can fix this. "What!? Fixing statues!? That won't be easy. If I remember correctly, there have only been two known monsters capable of turning adventurers to stone. Medusa and Cockatrice. But both of those were slain long ago by Darkus. The only way to cure the stone status that I can even remotely remember is with an item called Gold Needle. But those are extremely rare. They can only be found in rare magic shops in Magis now. They're gathered from the even rarer Golden Cactuars."

Lupis: "Certainly, just let me find something to-"
In mid sentence, Lupis saw Sylvia.
Lupis: "Sylvia?"
Sylvia: "Lupis?"
Both at once: "HOLY CRAP, YOU'RE ALIVE!"
The two siblings run over to each other (Sylvia had already placed Phoenix on the ground) and hugged it out, incredibly relieved to know that the other was still alive. They then went back to what they were doing.
Both: "Sorry about that, I got a little distracted."
Sylvia: "I've heard of another way, but it's probably just as much of a long shot. There's a spell called Esuna that's said to heal any ailment, even petrification, but these days there are very few people who know it. Either way? Our best bet would be Magis."
Meanwhile, Lupis breaks a branch off of a nearby tree and holds it forward like a lance while while grabbing his shield with his other hand, facing Yzza and getting into a fighting position.
Lupis: "Ready when you are."
(Now would be a good time for someone to tell her that Magis along with most of the world wants them dead.)

Yzza removes her robe, revealing her leather jacket. Other than that, she's pretty much only wearing bandages. She keeps her mask on though.
"Ready!"
She puts a step back and one of her fiwt on the ground, taking a defensive stance.
"Here we go!"
(So, do we simply get a nice training for fun sequence written by Just or are we actually supposed to fight each other by PM?)

(Whichever you want. Right now I'm waiting for the Rainfall group to show up. Malik likely won't get here for a while and I don't really want him to considering he's with Terra.)

(Well, they are just sparing so the way I see it is:
-Lupis defends himself until Yzza hits him.
-They then reverse the roles and Lupis tries to hit Yzza who uses her agility to dodge or counter.
-When Lupis hits Yzza, they reverse the role.
-Later, Rinse, Repeat.
Basically, they are just training. I'm not sure it's anything worth writing.
If Lupis wants to fight for real that will be different though.)

So this is what the dark lords did.
Hmm I heard stories about the attack of the Dark Lords. Yet to see the devastation up close and personal wow puts it in persepevtive. Hey Sylveon and Beruka these statues are your friends. The only way to reverse is too find a golden needle.
If you like I could go to Magis and see what I can do to get you these golden needles, Paul asks.
