Test of Earth
Current Party Kick - Leader - Spellsword - Blaze Blade Sky - Bard Rumbles - Knight Vince - Mercenary Tren - Mage
Kick throws a Fireball at the Green Ninja, but the ninja dodges it quickly. This is followed by an attack from Vince that is also dodged, but leads the ninja into a Flame Pillar from Tren! The attack is effective and deals some nice damage to the Green Ninja, burning him as well. Sky plays a song that heals your team fully while Rumbles attacks the Green Ninja, taking advantage of him being stunned from the Flame Pillar. The ninja snaps out of it and takes out a potion.
(Statuses and classes can now be seen during exploration)

(Well, looks like an auto mo-WAIT, AM I PLAYING MY OWN GAME!? That's just wrong...)
Current Party Kick - Leader - Spellsword - Blaze Blade Sky - Bard Rumbles - Knight Vince - Mercenary Tren - Mage
Enemy Party Green Ninja - Leader
Kick casts Shattering Ice, creating a spire of ice where the Green Ninja was standing before it shatters into pieces, sending shards flying everywhere. The Green Ninja manages to avoid the original spire, but is hit by the flying shards. Sky takes her chance to steal the Potion from the Green Ninja so he can't use it. The ninja is confused a moment before getting back to his senses. Vince attacks with the ninja dodging easily. Rumbles attempts to attack as well, but misses. Tren casts Flame Pillar with a large, blazing pillar of flames spouting from the ground. The Green Ninja dodges the initial attack again, but is hit by the flames that erupt from the pillar around it.

Current Party
Reese - Leader - Freelancer Oberund - Knight Mog - Diviner Vince - Mercenary Tren - Mage
The group heads out toward River Crossing, leaving Terran and shortly coming upon a destroyed convoy of potions and items! A trade wagon has been completely ravaged! Wait...there's someone over there! "HELP! HELP ME! THESE BANDITS ARE GOING TO KILL MEEEE!" It seems a Traveling Merchant is still alive among the ones attacked. There are bandits everywhere! You've got a chance at the first attack. Use it well.
"Alright, I'll go charging in first to take their attacks and defend that shopkeeper guy, okay?"
"That could be dangerous, Vince. There are a lot of Bandits over there. I say we consider our strategic options. If we split into groups, I believe Mog and I can distract the enemies with our magic attacks from a range while our physical attackers come in from behind to attack the bandits unexpectedly. There are a lot of Bandits, so we need to take out as many as we can before the real battle starts. Anyone else have any thoughts on it?"

"If we find a fallen tree or large rock, maybe we can take cover behind it. We could get much closer before attacking, and the ranged members of our party would be able to attack without being seen!" Oberünd suggests.

"Considering we're on a bridge, I don't see that happening anytime soon."

"Considering we're on a bridge, I don't see that happening anytime soon." Oberünd looks slightly embarrassed for not realizing that before. "Maybe we could use the water?"

"Considering we're on a bridge, I don't see that happening anytime soon." Oberünd looks slightly embarrassed for not realizing that before. "Maybe we could use the water?" "Potentially. How do you suggest we do that? My magic can make water, but it can't really control it. Did you have something specific in mind...?"

"The water seems to swift to swim in safely and swiftly... If we lure the bandits to it, we could use the lethality of the river to our advantage.

"That could work. How exactly are we going to do that without being swarmed though...?"
"We can try to lure them in small groups at a time."
"They're too close together for that. We'll have to find a way to lure them over here, but avoid getting overwhelmed..."

"If we all donate a bit of money, we could a horde of bandits over there, they'd be so busy fighting over the money, we could wipe them out in minutes!"
