(Assuming you didn't take an NPC with you, correct me if I'm wrong)

Crystalis and Mirror Mage walk into the plains, then to the farm in the distance. There's some animals here and there on their way, but no trouble.
As they arrive, they see a blue humanoid with a rake, working on some wheat. There's a chicken and some chicks in a fence, with a bigger chicken. The bigger chicken seems weird, clumsily hopping around the coop. There's a well. Strange sounds are coming from it. There's also a hole in the farmer's house wall.

Approach the Maktou.
"We are here for the quest."

Farmer: "Oh hey there! Are you here to help me?
So... I have a few problems!
First of all, there's monsters in my house... They made that hole and I don't really have anything to defend myself. I can't even go inside my house!
Then there's those chickens... You see, the big one is a monster called a Cockatrice. They are not fighting now, but the mother chicken don't want to be friend with the clumsy monster... I tried everything, but it seems Chickens don't listen to us Maktous!
Finally, there's some Hellhounds coming at night to eat the animals I put in the coop. I had way more animals than this a few days back! Maybe you can stay until the night and get rid of them?"
