Poison/Burned: Makes the target take damage each turn.
Paralysis/Petrification/Frozen: Prevent the target from moving.
Clumsy: You might miss your target.
Fear: Your character is scared. The good thing is that you're the one who knows how your character reacts to fear.
[Stat] Up: The specified stat is boosted.
[Stat] Down: The specified stat is lowered.
Drunk: You thought you knew how to walk? Think again!
Curse: Any attack will ko you in one hit.
Berserk: Makes you more powerful, but you can only use physical attacks.
Lucky: Something good can randomly happen to you.
Unlucky: Something bad can randomly happen to you.
Regeneration: Makes the target regain a bit of life each turn.
Gooped (Element): Goops stay on your body, making you weak to elements which are powerful against the goop's element.

For a game with permadeath, curse sounds a little OP. That's why there's only one monster who can do it and I don't even know if I'm actually gonna use that monster. I'm just making a list of enemies in my free time and some of them should only show up in end-game (Yes, this actually has an ending) if we ever make it there. I was gonna reveal it in-game, but you can also always run away from battle. So if your teamate is ko (Ko doesn't mean death) you can always try to grab him and run back somewhere safe.

Oh, so death is actually closer to Lost Kingdom in that everyone has to be knocked out. In that case it's actually much more manageable.

Oh, so death is actually closer to Lost Kingdom in that everyone has to be knocked out. In that case it's actually much more manageable. All depends on the situation. For example, if you're knocked out by an Hybrid Excecutioner and no one can prevent him from chopping you in two, that's game over. (Unless you got some Phoenix Cloaks)
