Hitler and the Border Officer try to get into the Panzer, but it just disappears, as well as every mechanical object they possesses. Kitty and The Heroine suddenly feel dizzy AND stupid for some reason... They are actually drunk.
Hitler and The Border Officer are still falling towards the sky, making a speech, while Kitty cuts off the ropes from everyone... She actually hurts Joel and The Heroine in the process though.
As people gather because of the speeches and start falling towards the sky too, Kitty skates around trying to find Phlerb. The people fall towards her though and swarm her. Kitty tries to get out, but there's too many people. They are actually biting her... Wait... THEY ARE EATING KITTY ALIVE!!!!
THE MASTER: "OH HMMM... I GUESS KITTY IS KO? THIS IS HMMM..."
The Heroine uses an attack to directly hit Hitler and steal his Life Force. As a normal human, Hitler is one too.
THE MASTER: "I DICTATE THAT THE DICTATOR IS KO! IT'S 2 VS 2 NOW!"
Paper are falling towards the sky.

The Heroin eats a gummy, curing her Drunk status effect. Suddenly, Joel and The Heroin only sees oranges and hear a loud screech noise.
The Heroin feels a paper being stuck on her as she releases electricity all around her. Her heart stops beating and she falls over, unconscious. The Border Officer is hit by electricity and is eliminated too.
THE MASTER: "THE HEROIN AND THE BORDER OFFICER KO'D EACH OTHER!!!!"
Joel builds a giant vaccum, as it starts absorbing Phlerb, even though Joel can't see him.
Phlerb phlerbs into Joel, which messes with his circuitry.
Joel's Glass Naginata suddenly launches itself, and stabs both Joel and Phlerb.
Joel self-destructs itself, also eliminating Phlerb.
THE MASTER: "WELL! THIS FRIENDLY BATTLE IS OVER! THERE IS NO REWARD FOR IT, SO YOU CAN CONSIDER IT A TIE! IN A REAL BATTLE THOUGH, PIELOVER 19 WOULD HAVE WON SINCE JOEL WENT OUT FIRST!
THE BATTLE IS OVER!"

I'll have to wait until Ultra is done with his tournament to speak with him. Leave him a message for now.
"Hey, Ultra. I wanted to talk to you. I've made some progress in our project. I'll meet you in the same place as before okay?"

After a few seconds, they go back to normal.

The Guard comes up to you and looks at your fighters.
The Guard: "Well... Static sounds like an anomaly, but your fighters look normal...
I don't see any problem.
M is still here here though, do you want him to check them up properly?"

The training grounds become a sphere of darkness.
Joel and The Heroin appear on the battlefield. Their opponent too. It's some kind of cartoony generic magician and a really shiny humanoid.
Broken Magic: "YAY! EVERYTHING IS FUN!"
Inverter: "I hope you're prepared for my first fight, because I am."
Star symbols appear above Joel and The Heroin. A question mark symbol appears above Broken Magic and Inverter.
The two symbols fuse together.
Stars are everywhere in the sky. The fighters are on a small planet shaped like a Yoshi. There's a space station with a cat face in the distance and comets, which are actually potatoes passing by in the sky.
Broken Magic is moving his wand around.
Broken Magic: "Abracadabra! Purple neutral projectile!"
Inverter takes a battle stance.
