(Did you put any limit on what Psychic's can move in Pokemon Z or it's as OP as in this game?)
Hypno throws Olimar on the Seltas Queen before he can pull out more Pikmin. Joel shoots lasers on the Seltas Queen's tail to cut it, but it simply breaks instead. The Seltas starts to fly, making the queen hover as they both get back on their feet. Olimar seems weak.

(Depends on the Pokemon in question. Mega Noctowl could definitely do this with its psychic powers. Pokemon like Mewtwo or even Mega Mewtwo could do far worse.)
Okay, let's have Hypno use Hypnosis on Seltas Queen again while Joel plucks a bunch of Rock Pikmin and rains them down on the enemies.

(You pretty much cheesed this one, I don't feel like putting any effort xd)
Hypno uses Hypnosis, putting Seltas Queen to sleep. Joel plucks some Rock Pikmin and uses them to eliminate Olimar.
(Note on "Sleep" in Monster Hunter: The first attack to hit a sleeping monster will cause triple damage.)

(I'm pretty sure this is the animation in 3D games.)
Hypno uses Dream Eater, making some sort of Dark Imp come out of Seltas Queen as she is KO'D too.
Just14 won the battle.
