I've realized that not knowing people may be an issue for those placing bets, so I guess I'll give some short descriptions of the characters.
Oblivion is a dark knight banished to the underworld for having done something incredibly evil. Nobody really knows what it was as it was really long ago, but he was resurrected by the Shadow Trio in order to help Syak continue to conquer Harmonis. He uses powerful phantom attacks and can shoot dark lightning from his hands. Oblivion is also skilled in blocking attacks with his shadow shield ability. Not only is he extremely powerful himself, but he can also get help from his Note Beast, Reaper-S. Reaper-S attacks opponents with its scythe and can attack using the powers of lost souls.
Grima is one of the leaders and most powerful crazy destroyers. He originally deceived the heroes by pretending to be Robin, but eventually revealed himself to be Grima. He accepted the dark dragon and became the vessel for its powers. He has mastered every class and can use every weapon. Grima also has a variety of skills he can choose from to use. This fighter has a nice balance of attacks to choose from and focuses mostly on his strength, magic, and speed.

Somewhere on top of Hell Castle at night a hooded figure can be seen walking on the roof. "Another world to destroy. Ah, how great it feels. I'll just add this to my collection of ruined worlds." As Grima walks along the castle rooftops, something stands at the very top, waiting for him. "Hm? What's this? Somebody wishes to battle me, do they?" "..." Oblivion stands, ready for battle. He reaches for his giant axe, holding it at the ready. "Not one for talking, are you? Well, let's see how loud you scream then." The battle starts off quickly with Grima moving in to strike with a Brave Sword. The fast attacks don't seem to do anything against Oblivion's heavy armor though. The four strikes of Grima's sword clink on the armor and Oblivion knocks him back with his axe. "I guess the weapon triangle doesn't work on people like you. I'll just have to hit a little harder." Grima tosses a few Hand Axes at Oblivion, missing as he dodges them. He follows up by fighting with a Silver Axe, but Oblivion matches his attacks with his own axe, blocking each strike. The two continue to swing their axes without much progress being made. Grima is knocked backward by one of the blows as Oblivion follows by shooting lightning at him as well. Grima quickly rolls over and dodges an axe to the face, retaliating with a lance jab he uses to propel himself away from Oblivion. He then throws multiple Javelins at Oblivion, but they're all knocked away by his axe. Oblivion then takes out his instrument, playing it and summoning Reaper-S. Reaper-S slashes Grima with his scythe, knocking him down off the castle, following up by jumping off the castle as well, slashing at Grima multiple times before blasting soul waves at him. Reaper-S then finishes this combo by knocking Grima back up high into the air and onto the roof of the castle. There, a giant, shadowy Oblivion unleashes rapid punches and kicks before knocking Grima up high into the air again. The two then attack Grima at the same time, cross slashing against him, shooting soul waves and lightning at him, and finishing with a powerful smash downwards. Grima crashes through the building, into the throne room. Both Oblivion and Reaper-S follow after him, jumping down through the hole. Grima attempts to stand, but can barely move. Oblivion slowly approaches, ready to finish off Grima, but suddenly, a beam of electricity hits Reaper-S and destroys him. "I never really...liked pair ups anyway. Hahaha..." Grima is surrounded in a strange light as Panic Mode activates. "I haven't even used my REAL power yet!" Oblivion prepares for the worst, preparing his Shadow Shield and guarding as flames, wind, and lightning crash against it. He holds on the longest he can, but it won't last long. "I'm getting tired of this." Grima activates Astra as lava erupts all around Oblivion, causing the shield to crack. "Say goodbye to your shield!" Grima breaks the shield into pieces using a critical hit with his Killer Axe. "Now for the fun part!" Grima splits into two Grimas with one dashing forward, knocking Oblivion up through the roof and into the sky. The two Grimas levitate around Oblivion, attacking him in unison. They blast Thoron, Bolganone, and Rexcalibur directly at Oblivion, hitting him with razor winds, electric beams, and lava blasts. The two then use Brave Swords, hitting him multiple times, activating Vengeance to damage Oblivion with the damage he dealt to them. Then another skill activates as the two take out different tomes. Two giant orbs of light and dark energy fall down from above and explode on Oblivion as the screen turns red with only the characters' shadows being seen. The extra Grima disappears and the real Grima floats down from above in exhaustion. "Heh...nice try, but you can't destroy the destroyer." KO! "This world...belongs to the destroyers...! Now I will end all...!" Grima gives the world's power to Crazy Hand as the world is consumed and destroyed with the power of Subspace Bombs. Grima is the winner!

Oblivion might have won if Grima didn't have Panic Mode, but with Panic Mode on, Grima had access to his strongest attacks and his final smash.

Not just that. Oblivion and Reaper-S have not reached their full potential yet. MAYBE at the end of song summoner they have enough power that can top Grima's Panic mode but its not likely

I wouldn't be too surprised if they could beat him at full power. Especially once he unlocks his Ultimate Attack.

Reasons for Victory
Oblivion is very powerful and has many useful skills, but Grima's access to Panic Mode and telekinetic abilities helped him out the most. He can use any weapon or skill he might need, being able to use Astra to attack five times for one attack, use brave swords to attack twice for every attack, use lethality for an instant kill, and use skills like Aegis to block oncoming attacks too. His Final Smash was also extremely powerful. Reaper-S also hasn't had much training and is still weak.
