Ayka and Rafon continue their assault, killing Ana and Ryze with their combo technique, but they're suddenly caught up in a large whirling pool of water before it floats up into an orb. With Sylvia, Paul, Joey, and Tren all working together, the two are trapped in a water sphere. Balynka then leaps in and uses Shatter to both damage them and break their dodging buffs. The sphere then is released before the others all charge in with Rumbles and Bane attacking the two. They seem fairly injured now. "It seems we just can't fight them and two Guardians at the same time."
"For now, let's run and live to fight another day. We can't let our kids grow up without parents." Balynka runs toward them, trying to kill them both, but Rafon throws down a flash bomb that messes up Balynka's senses entirely, making her blind momentarily and knocking her back. Ayka then uses one of the teleportation devices to escape immediately.
"So there are more Dark Lords too...is everyone okay?"
"Halt! Cease any and all fighting at once." Guards come walking into the room with Cheri leading them.
"I got some help. Where did the bad guys go...?"
The Arcsage seems to be with them. "What exactly is the meaning of this? Just as I was about to get a great deal on that Gysahl Greens Salad..."
"...Aren't those for Chocob-"
"Let's...not try to annoy the Arcsage. Something tells me we have enough to deal with right now."
"So...how are we going to explain to him his son is evil and his retainers ran off to join the Dark Lords...?"
"What?"
"Um..."

" Well, you're the Arcs age, right? Well, I thought you would be older, but here's what happened. So, we snuck in here, I really don't know why, and then your son came up to us and basically said " My dad is stupid! His rules are stupid! I will destroy you!" Then, he whined like a little baby and became the most pathetic Dark Lord ever, and then his babysitters came in with their magic-wagic stuff. Anyway, your son disappeared because he is a coward, and we beat those gay dancers up after they killed four people, including me."

Sylvia changes back as well, her balance instantly improving.
"Well, that's a relief, although I'm also sorry about your son. I was worried I would have to use a memory projection spell to prove we were telling the truth. Well, if everyone's okay then let's go eat. I haven't had a good meal since Terran was destroyed..."

Bane was never actaully disguised. It's a wonder no one recognized him, he's surprised that no one has noticed any of the wanted posters all over the place, as well.
Bane fearfully and covertly tears down the wanted posters.

Paul actually liked being an attorney but drinks the soup to change back.
Paul calls Cheri over and talks to her so that only her and Paul can hear one another.
Hey Cheri do you think that this is a bit odd? Paul asks.
I mean first his son and his friends tried to kill us actually killed a few of us and the arc is all honkey dorey about everything. I don't trust the situation one bit.
Paul refuses too eat any of the food and anything to drink. If they ask tell him that hes not really hungryvpr thirsty.
It feels like a trap. But Paul dosen't want to seem to suspicious so he follows the group but keeps on high alert.
