Joey walks up and tries to seduce the guards to get in, flirting with them. "Excuse me, who the hell are you?"
"Wait, I'm desperate for a girlfriend."
"We have a job to do. Shut up and do it."
"Come on, can't we let her in now and worry about that later?"
"THIS is why you were kicked down from the higher guard ranks. You just don't care about your job at all, DO YOU!?"
"Just this once? Come on, can't I do anything fun...?"
"I should have you executed, rich brat! Just because your family is high ranking doesn't mean you know how to take your job seriously!"
While the guards continue to argue, everyone manages to sneak in behind them. They continue along the halls, but it doesn't seem like the guards will question you past the gate. It looks like the Tome of Light was held in the north wing of the palace. Everyone moves along quickly there, finding that the tome is, in fact, gone. It doesn't even look like there was a struggle. It's just gone. There's an empty pedestal where it once sat.
"And so the 'Dark Lords' show their faces..." Everyone turns around, finding some sort of holy sage behind them. "Funny how you tried to hide yourselves behind disguises, but anyone could see right through them. It seems it's up to me to stop you." He takes out the Tome of Light and a Rapier. "I am Lancet, Holy Sage and son of the Arcsage. Named after the ancient hero, Lance, I look for a brighter future and to bring peace to these lands. By DESTROYING you!"
Enemy Party Encountered!
Lancet - Leader
"My father is an old fool. He hopes to bring the world together, but takes no action. I will bring peace by destroying all in my way! Your reliance on these Guardians is foolish. I will see to it personally that I kill all of you AND them! Now take up your blade and battle me!" A dark energy begins to swirl around Lancet. Is he a Dark Lord!?

Jace will eat her Lobster Claw soup and grabs the book and Lance. She will try to stop them from being used. Also, pour the expired cat milk on the book.

Balynka moves away, trying to analyze the fighting style of the enemy. She'll just block any attack with or shield or dodge them, without attacking herself.
If Lancet attacks her Physically though, she'll use Crushing Blow to overpower him.

(Let's assume that they can't hide their dark aura in anyway. If they can, only use Flame Pillar.)
Sylvia uses Flame Pillar and looks solemnly at Lancet.
"This is for your own good."
She then lets out the most convincing and loudest terrified shriek she can muster while pointing at Lancet.
"Help, there's a Dark Lord attacking me and my friends!"
Considering how much this town hates the Dark Lords, there's no way that won't draw in the attention of anyone who can hear it.
