Shulk uses air slash, while Chilli Willy spits an ice ball on him. They both hit each other.

Switch to Ninja, braving up once and using Kairai followed by Utsusemi. Kairai lets you pick one party member for enemies to target that turn (I'm choosing Yew) while Utsusemi lets you dodge one physical attack (while it's hard to tell what the boom box would be classified, a rocket launcher would definitely be physical). As for support abilities, Turn Tables gives you one BP when you dodge an attack (thus making up for the extra BP I'm spending on Utsusemi), while Transcience causes you to perform a counterattack when you successfully dodge an attack. Now, Yew will only have to take a single attack this turn while drawing all focus away from Zatanna and getting a hit of his own in as a counter.

I could still lose. ahh i see you can break the fight button while Asgore can break the Mercy button. Well anyway Shulk will stop fighting Chilli Willy and use light heal on himself |

So basically fights involving Asriel don't allow actually fighting, instead causing a scenario in which someone can only lose if they decide their character is in a situation where they can be spared. I'm not sure I get why that's a good concept.

I'm not sure I get why that's a good concept. You can still attempt to kill me using ACT to interact with Asriel or the environment in a non violent way or by using ITEMs. |

I'm not sure I get why that's a good concept. (Just will never use Asriel in PVP though, because there's no way a player fighter will accept to be "Spared". Asriel can't win a battle against a player character.) |

DJ Octavio starts blasting really loud music. It has no effect, but it seems Zatanna can't concentrate and cast any more spell.
Kayamba launches himself into Yew, which dodge the attack and retaliates with a counter.
Kayamba: "HOW DARE YOU ATTACK THE GREAT KAYAMBA?"
Kayamba changes his mask to the Rathalos mask. Octavio keeps playing his music to prevent Zatanna from concentrating.
(Wanna be sure this turn is okay. Was Kairai supposed to make Octavio attack or he can still do the passive move he did?)

Three commands appear above everyone: ACT, ITEM and MERCY. It seems no one can use offensive moves now...
Shulk heals himself while the ice dragon seems confused.
