Unless there's a change in plans, Tenné will fire at the bird from afar with the firework launchers, and Mikado will attack the scorpion up close (but not directly in front) with sword slashes.

(I should have been more specific about my move: 1.Wu doesn't go ON the bird, he just goes high enough to land a hit. 2.By the time he reaches the desired height, the explosion should have already occured.) |

Feld runs away from the scorpion while shooting at it and Razz runs directly toward it, trying to hit it with her sword. Kitrino, meanwhile, attacks the Death Stalker by hitting it. To say the least, it's not the most effective. Darcy wraps the whip around the scorpion while Fenrir is running, getting pulled backward by it and falling off of him. "What!? What are you doing!?" The Death Stalker then raises it's tail and attempts to sting Mikado, interrupting him as he has to dodge instead of attack.
Meanwhile, Arthur shoots an arrow that explodes on the Nevermore, but it doesn't appear to do too much. Wu flies up in the air, being gusted by Orus' wind, but the Nevermore charges directly at him, crashing into Wu and sending him falling to the ground. Tenne tries shooting fireworks at the Nevermore, but it seems WITHOUT SOME SORT OF WELL PUT TOGETHER PLAN, YOU GUYS MIGHT DIE HERE.
"I don't think we're winning."
"Wu!" Orus catches him as he falls.
"You idiots! We can't fight them both at the same time! Get to a better vantage point and Split them up! Don't get yourselves killed!" Fenrir picks up Darcy and rolls as feathers fall from the sky at them. "This field is too open!" Looks like the only other places to go are the forest and the ruins.

Hold on, we can't fight both of them at the same time, meaning we can't really afford to split up our units between the two unless we vitally need to distract one temporarily.
Do we still have some of that ice dust left or is that all no bueno?
Theoretically, getting into the forest would at least provide some better cover from the Nevermore and allow for more versatility against the Death Stalker, but I have absolutely no clue what getting to the ruins would do for us asides from being able to switch to another option. Our current option isn't that great already to be fair, but that's like playing Pokémon Trainer in Brawl eww
Having everyone retreat to the forest while some provide covering fire against the enemies (ideally with ice dust if we still have some, infused by Tenné into their weapons) could work, unless someone has a better idea. That's not a full plan, but it's a start.

You've got only some of that dust that Violetta stole left. The forest can provide cover with trees. But those trees can also seriously get in your way. The ruins will help you split up the Nevermore and Death Stalker as both are more limited in their movements. You guys likely won't be as limited because as long as you know how to use both vertical and horizontal space, you can move. You'll have to rely on your own skills instead of hiding to not get hit though.
