Hello fellow survivors! Looking for a survival game where you can test your luck against the endless hordes of the undead! First, let’s talk about what the objective of the game is.
There are 3 ways to win this game:
1. Be the last survivor of the outbreak. Being the last survivor will end the game, and you will get the victory logo!
2. Find the cure! That is right, there is a cure somewhere out there in one of the heavily guarded CDC buildings!
3. Amass a stockpile of goods to outlast the virus! You will need to secure 1,000 days worth of dry goods and 1,000 days worth of water to outlast the virus!
Now we will cover how the daily flow of the game will go. Every day you will consume 1 days worth of water and 1 days worth of food. If you do not have the necessary supplies, you will function at 50% of your true capacity. At the start of each day, you will decide where you want to scavenge. There are currently 5 areas you can scavenge, each with a different danger level and with different possible goods. More will be unlocked as you progress through the story. These areas will each be described in their respective sections in detail.
Each survivor will have a set of equipment that they can carry at one time. The most important items here are:
1. The backpack. There are multiple sizes of backpacks, each indicating how much you can carry.
a) The sizes of each current backpack range room 8-24.
b) You start with a “School backpack” which has 8 slots.
2. A primary weapon
a) This can be a large melee weapon, or a firearm.
b) You can get an additional primary weapon slots by finding holsters
3. A secondary weapon
a) This can be a small melee weapon, or a small firearm.
b) You can get additional secondary weapon slots by finding Sheaths
4. An Outfit
a) This directly effects how mobile you are and how much defense you have.
b) There are many different kinds of outfits, ranging from basic clothes to a full riot suit!
5.There are many other items with unique properties! When you get them, make sure to check them out!
So now let’s go over the normal flow of the game. Each game day is equal to a real world day. Every real world day, you can normally perform 1 scavenging run, but there are ways to increase that! PvP is allowed, but your survivor has to specify that when he goes to one location, he is JUST trying to kill other players.
At the end of your scavenging run, you will receive a list of all the goods you found, but you can only keep the number of spaces you have free in your bag!
