A city lost between time and dimensions.
Dymenzia...
A lonely place.
Until now.
Dymenzians see everything, every possibility. They see civilizations destroying each other since the dawn of time. Some races across the universe simply goes extinct, disappearing forever. Sometimes it's the fault of that civilization, sometimes it's simply outside forces at work.
But what if civilizations destined to be left behind in oblivion could be saved?
Surely, a race capable of manipulating reality itself could do that right?
Saving doomed civilizations... Shouldn't that be their duty?
No... That's not it... Their duties is to be the watchers of all possibilities. They don't save anyone, they give them a chance to save themselves.
9 civilizations which were doomed to disappear...

Will they learn to live with each other or will they just destroy each other?
