First off, I saw that others besides the players were posting and I just totally glazed over those without reading them except when they were incorporated. I don't care about what the Peanut Gallery says unless it's mentioned, quoted, integrated, or otherwise used by a debater.

You guys got really caught up in a big debate about what's cartoon physics and what's real. There was never any conclusive answer in the debate, so I ultimately settled in my head with Vitcon physics! Which is a big mental balance patch for everyone from AwkwardSakurai, because no big parts of either of your debates really hinged on "types of physics" anyways. If they did... Sorry, but I'm pretty sure I couldn't quite grasp the entire deal with the physics anyways. The points were either really vague or very specific but then countered with something else, so IT'S WHATEVER NOW.
So by Vitcon physics, diamond bodies grant HUGE defense but aren't indestructible (this decision was supplemented by Pie pointing out the cleavage fields), 5 seconds is a lot, etc.
(I usually don't like to incorporate a judge's own thoughts into the battle, but I think judging this would go nowhere if I didn't. You guys were super good at neutralizing each other's arguments, but the problem is that you guys were TOO good. It's okay though. I like it better when there's a good debate.)

There was also that big bump about who has what equipped; the mech, Bahamut. Also the actual strength of the swords. So because this never reached a solid conclusion, I said FUCK IT Sci has his mech, the swords are super god swords as well, and Cheri already has Bahamut out.

The detriments were where you both were starting to lose me a little. I think I would have started to slightly penalize Malefio mentally if he continued with that train of thought of only needing to advertise Japanese shampoo with a simple attire change, but he did manage to recover from that by Pie's push on the issue, kind of recovering when he mentioned Sci shampooing Robo Bob. Combined with the boosted action list argument from Malefio, I'm lead to believe that advertising Japanese shampoo is a continuous distraction that still allows for Malefio's characters to properly fight. Pie's characters' space suits didn't quite go this way. Pie never really offered any way to avoid the detriments of having a space suit, and that does make a big deal in my opinion. The biggest argument against this that I saw was that Pie could have his characters turn into Sonic to go fast?

I didn't really understand that part of Homing Missiles not being able to be failed. The Egg Dealer from Shadow the Hedgehog could shoot itself with homing missiles. But as a judge, I can't think for myself, and Pie never countered this, so I guess it's good! This is just a tiny example I'm bringing up. It's important to be able to deal with every point.

And no, killing Malefio the mage does not mean Malefio the user automatically loses, just as if I had to kill someone losing Vyse I would not lose, if Just14 had to kill someone using Yu he would not lose, and if TGC had to kill a Toad... Well, we would all lose there, because that means TGC is back.

Beacon never made an impact. Both settled on "they'd attack everyone".

The detriments of poor planning were only ever utilized by Malefio...

Ultimately, I have to decree the Canadian as the winner. He refuted a lot of the points made by Pie (although Pie did a great job refuting HIS points as well), but Pie simply lacked in offense. It seemed like he was put on the defensive more frequently.

I can answer more specific stuff if needed but I think this mostly encompasses my major thoughts. Now I need to deal with the crisis of a new fridge so sorry if something was off here.

I agree that I didn't go on the offensive that much. I usually just defend, and I do a pretty good job at that.
