"Well this should be interesting."

Lunch eventually ends and the rest of classes are had. Once school is over, those that agreed to stay up until midnight meet up and head over to Laura's house.

Tab: "Honestly, I don't think I want to know myself. All this business about another world seems dangerous. And what ever happened to 'finding your one true love' in that world anyways? Unless my one true love is supposed to be an angry yellow dinosaur, I think that world is broken."

"HEY" rix walks up to them with a very impressive batman impression

"Oh, you're right. He said that there was someone that killed people by putting them in there. I don't remember anything about a murder recently though..."

"There was that scientist that went missing. About a week or two ago. Remember? They never found a body or anything. Maybe he died in that world."

"I guess that's possible, but isn't that jumping to conclusions a little bit?"

"Just throwing it out there."

Rix approaches those picking on the kid. "Huh? You wanna mess with me? Don't tell me you're standing up for this punk."

"He's not the only one." A voice is heard from behind the random guy. "Back off."

"Uh...Whoa there, it's not what it looks like, Zack."

"Oh, it isn't is it?" A girl comes walking in on the other side. "Normally as an important class representative I'd be inclined to report you, but I guess I can let it drop if you promise not to do it again." She glares at him.

"Y-Yes!"

Zack steps closer toward him and looms over him. "Run."

"AHHHHH!" He runs away down the hall and the one that was being picked on looks up happily at everyone.

"Thanks for helping me, you guys. And you too, Rix. People act like that all the time because they think I'm a liar..."

"You gotta learn to stand up for yourself, kid." Getting a better look at Zack, you see he's tall and quite menacing. He has short, black hair and blue eyes. His hands are in his pockets and he slouches slightly while standing. The girl that walked in fixes her glasses as she walks toward the kid that was getting picked on.

"Stop getting into these situations, Fox. You know we can't have trouble while we're busy handling more important things." She looks kind of businessy with her clothes and is holding a clipboard with papers on it. It looks like she was writing something down before she got here. Her long, black hair flows freely around her shoulders.

"Sorry, Alice..."

"Hahaha! I guess so. Thank you too, Rix. You came in and helped me also. That's pretty nice of you."

"Do you know this guy?"

"Yeah, he showed up in the Sunny Plains last night."

"He what?"

"Oops."

Alice steps forward and whispers to Fox. "You know that we can't let people in there. It's dangerous. How did they even get in. Normal people can't see the vortexes."

"I dunno. He and all his friends just fell from the sky and got chased around by a whole bunch of things."

"There's more of them...? Listen, Fox, you have to stop telling people about this world if you're going to be with the Users. Let me handle this." She turns to Rix. "Hello. Sorry about that. I am Alice, and these two are Zack and Fox. It seems that somehow you were able to see the vortexes last night. Have you experienced anything strange recently...?"

Tab: "I think Laura told me and Tom about it, and things sorta went from there."
