Well I guess I can't dwell on it too much. Thanks for helping me out a little though, Karl. I didn't think you were really a person that would help a lot in situations like this, but I guess I was wrong."
Karl can feel something within. He is finally respected by someone. Even if only a little. It is an odd feeling he has never had before. With the new bond he has forged, new strength surfaces. Karl has reached relationship level 2 with Fox and gained a new skill.
"Thanks again. I'll see you later I guess!" Fox runs off and Karl is left with nothing planned for the afternoon.

Ehhhh Raine said she's busy but hopefully sending a text doesn't bother her. "Sorry, I know you're busy tonight, but would you be able to help my friend cook tomorrow after school?"

Tab: "I'd better pick up some sort of easy cookbook for Laura tomorrow, otherwise... Ugh. I hope it's still open..."
Tab will go to the bookstore and pick up some sort of beginners cookbook real quick, then head home.

Tab runs to the store quickly and buys "Cookbook for Beginners" just before the store closes. That was close. He then returns back home and turns in for the night.
Morgan practices martial arts with her ferrets in the afternoon, practicing some of her old or forgotten moves as her Diligence raises. With her exercises completed, Morgan heads off to Raine's house as the sun is setting. As Raine answers the door, she seems very serious. "Morgan...I wanted you to come with me to bring these newly bloomed flowers to my mother in the hospital. I hope that's okay..."

"Thanks. I just always get nervous whenever I visit and Freya has a game tonight. I thought I would ask you. I always worry something bad would have happened. I'm always scared for the day when..." She's silent for a moment. "No, I'm sure she's okay. Let's go." Morgan and Raine head over to the hospital together and speak with the nurses to go visit Raine's mother. They find her laying in the hospital bed. As you enter, her eyes open and she weakly greets you.
"Raine...you came to visit. Freya did not come...?"
"She had a game tonight. She couldn't come."
"Who is your friend...?"
"This is Morgan. She's one of my new friends I made at school. She's really nice."
"Morgan...that's a beautiful name...You brought me some more flowers...?"
"Yes. These. They're your favorite. The red ones."
"You're so kind, Raine...thank you..."

Karl walks through the dark alley. It's creepy here. Lots of bad people tend to congregate in this area. As Karl walks, he suddenly hears a loud crash. Luckily it was just an alley cat knocking over a trash can. Karl makes his way out of the alley and his Courage raises greatly.
